The right mindset factor number three is to simply decide. Let me explain what I mean by that. Let's say one of your bad eating habits was eating junk food and one of your new healthy behaviors you want to work on is to cut down on the amount of junk for the tree. Remember, you don't need to eliminate junk food from your life completely in order to lose weight and get in shape, or you have to do is eat junk food a lot less often. So, let's say your goal is not to eat junk food Monday to Friday, only on a weekend you can have junk. If that is what you want to do.
Don't just try not to eat junk food during the week. decide that you're not going to eat junk food Monday to Friday, no matter what the word decides Latin root means to cut off from. In other words, when you decide you're going to do something, you can't From all our choices, but the one you May, when you truly decide that you're not going to eat junk food during the week, you have no choice but not to eat junk food during the week. That is the true meaning of decide. You see, most people don't truly decide to develop a new behavior. They're simply giving it a shot to see if they can develop it or not.
But here's the problem with trying to develop a new habit. When you try to accomplish a particular goal. Basically, you tell me some fence mind, which as I said before, it runs most of your day, then I'm not sure if I can accomplish this goal. So when I'm going when the going gets tough sometimes mind comes up with excuses why it's okay to quit. And it's not your fault but outside circumstances that cause you to quit. Trust me when I tell you, your subconscious mind is very good at coming up with excuses.
But it's also very good at coming up with solution when you giving it no choice. You see when you truly decide that you're going to develop a certain behavior or a change a certain goal you're telling us about smile, there's no other choice. So your subconscious mind looks for answers to any obstacles that get in your way instead of excuses. So when it comes to weight loss, don't just try to lose weight and to get in shape, decide that you're going to lose weight and get in shape, no matter what. Even if you found a weight loss program is not very effective. Your subconscious mind will help you find the right weight loss program that will work for you.
