You should be starting week 3 of IF. If you've been consistent, by the end of this week you should be feeling more energetic as your body has adjusted to the extended daily fast. As I've mentioned before, intermittent fasting is not a cure-all. It's important to make sure that your eating window is filled with healthy, whole foods. If you're not feeling great after this 3rd week of IF, please take a hard look at your diet and make sure that your nutrient intake is sufficient to fuel your body. Also, drink plenty of water. This week we're going to discuss "clean" eating. There's been a lot of talks the last couple of years about clean eating - so let's discuss what it really means to eat clean.
