Mindset Overview

Before you start to take any new steps or start a new plan, we want to offer guidance and best practices to help you find a plan that will work for you. Part of this is challenging you to be realistic and to tell you what will be expected of you if you are truly going to hit your goals.

Mindset Levels

If you want to push yourself and go to the next level you will also know what it takes. Any level is achievable for anybody it just takes willpower, mindset and patience, which we will help you achieve.

It also actually takes “the want” to do it:

For example, Sub 10% (Males) / Sub 18% (Female) bodyfat levels are achievable for anybody, but to get there you will have to:

  1. never eat bad foods for maybe 3-6 months,
  2. train 5-6 times a week,
  3. drink no alcohol in that period and
  4. live totally for your goal.

Maybe that is not something you actually want to do as that kind of commitment is not worth the goal and that is fine. So don't worry about what it takes to get to that as you don't want it or you are not interested in doing all the above just to have the "perfect body".

Finding a target or goal that suits your goals and lifestyle with a few real doable sacrifices to achieve it along the way is key. I hope to help you find the sweet spot for you to be happy confident and to push out of your comfort zone more than before.
