A lot of clients often ask me what to eat around their workout sessions to keep their energy levels up so they can train hard, especially if they are on a lower calorie diet than normal if they are losing weight.
As you can see from the way we put our plans together, we give you more calories on the days that you train, so in this lesson we want to show you how you can use these calories effectively on your training days to both power your workouts and also for optimal recovery after the harder sessions.
We will go through the before, during and after workout phases and split what you should be eating in terms of timing, main macronutrient Protein, Carbs and Fats split and also hydration levels.
