People ask me what's in your imagine yourself program, Michael. So it's only fair to know that in our program, I don't see myself as an expert or a coach. I see myself as a tour guide, where I take you into the land of resiliency, where we feature the imagine yourself program. So we get you to pay attention to what's your state of being. We have audio stories to practice key skills. But they're more like an adventure, be a cat, be a horse, go rollerblading in the park.
Those are just a couple of them. We have many more coming. And then we have a point where we get you to look at a model looks like a beach ball. It's pretty simple model, but it's color coded, word coded and numerically coded. So regardless of your learning style, there's something for everybody. So three year olds use it by just pointing 103 year olds have used it and talked about it and I I've been blessed to work with people as young as three with grandparents and parent groups and hundred and three year olds, 97 year olds in nursing homes, and independent living centers, and with business professionals, health care professionals and educators, but most of all, for families and kids and communities going through stress and distress.
So it's about controlling our inner world, helping us understand what we're going through, and some skills to help us change it out. Slow it down, help us get a better sleep, help us communicate, engage and connect with each other. So that's the goal, engage and connect and share what we're going through and how we're going through some key skills to help feel like we have some control and a common language approach that reduces or eliminates judgment when we talk to each other about what we're going through. So that's what imagine yourself is all about. So imagine yourself with more resiliency for life. See in the program.
