High influence people are at their most comfortable in a social situation and interact with others in open and expressive ways. They're active in their approach and orientated towards other people. This is the root of their socially confidence and unreserved attitude. They thrive on the attention and approval of other people and more motivated by praise and appreciation than most of the other styles. Despite their outgoing attitude, they're often unwilling to risk causing offence, and they often avoid possible confrontations. The manner of high influences enthusiastic, free flowing, playful and animated.

They use humor and laugh easily. They can be impatient and finish other people's sentences for them. They make efforts to be involved and they act impulsively. Their facial expressions expressive and warm. Their eye contact is flighty and dancing. Their gaze is frequent.

Their body movements are animated with expression. Frequent open gestures, they use the cell large and expansive. their voice is loud, fast and modulating. The conversational flow is flexible and random. They're motivated by public praise and recognition. Their basic fear is rejection.

Valued words so quick, cutting edge, easy, competitive, innovative, possibilities, fun, flexible, big, huge. They like to use adjectives about potential and opportunity, stress response of high influences that they will attack They're likely to use verbal confrontation
