In this part, we'll see how to remove the green screen and replace the background as well as if there are some video clips in which there is a black background with some particles or something else, how you can remove that black color and use those particles on your videos. So let's get started. I'll just import a video clip here and just simply go to files and I'll take a green screen video for example, I take this video clip of a man dancing so I just drag it onto the timeline and click on don't change. Now let's play and check out so this is the actual video clip. Okay, now let's see how to remove this background. For that you need to simply double click on this video clip for us click on this and click on this edit option.

And here you need to select chroma key options so just put a checkmark here and you can see already the background has been removed you can just adjust the offset a bit in play with the settings here. You can just a tolerance a bit its thickness And further a bit as per your requirements, and then you can simply import the background. I'll just move this clip from track one to track two here. And let's import another background here. So I just go to files and click on images. And I'll take this stage option here and I'll place it below this clip.

I'll simply right click it and hit crop to fit. And now I'll move this video clip, which is this man dancing a bit towards bottom. So I'll just go to transform and I'll just change the y position of this person here. And now it's perfect. So I'll just play it once and you can also hit auto enhance this video clip is selected. And I'll just click on auto enhance now you can see the color can even select this picture and on auto enhance.

Okay. And now. Okay, I think I need to adjust this person a bit. Sorry. I'll click on this video clip, transform a bit up. Okay, no, let's play and check out.

The background is still here only and the video is playing. So what can we do is we can just extend the background in here. Now let's play and check it out. So you can do other things as well for example, I just import another green screen here. So I'll just go to files and take green screen effect. And I will simply select this subscribe button option and I'll place it over this clip.

So that thought track is created here. And now I'll simply remove green from this by simply going to chroma key Option, enabling it, Enter. And I can hit auto enhance as well. Right? If you wish to, you can even adjust the colors. So I'll add a bit of contrast in this.

Okay, I can reduce the size of this. So I'll just pull it a bit and I can just increase a bit of offset, and it's perfectly done. So now, I flick outside. So now let's play and check it out. In the similar way, if you have a video with a black background, you can also remove that black background so I'll just simply import a video clip here. Take this.

I'll drag it here. Let's just play check it out. So if I played you can see that there are particles and with a black background on it. So what I can do is again I go to Video properties and this time, instead of chroma key, I would simply go into composting and select the blending mode to for example screen. And now if I played you can see that the particles are appearing here on it, but you can even experiment with other modes. So if you take color dot, just take a look at these particles.
