Okay, so now we're going to look at some of the phrases and vocabulary in this conversation. Okay? So first we're going to start with your the greatest. Hmm, I think you understand what it means but I'm going to give you other ways to say you're the greatest. Okay, so here we go. Duh, ha, look at the pictures.

It's like Yes. Yes. Good energy, wonderful energy. So you're the greatest. This lady, she's giving us two thumbs up because she thinks we're the greatest. There's a hand coming out of a cellphone.

Thumbs up. You're the greatest. Okay, here are the ways to say you're the greatest. You could say you're the best. All right, if you guys have other ways, put them in the comments. All right, here we go.

You're awesome. You're incredible. You're amazing. You're unbelievable. You're magnificent. Hmm.

La la mina says you are cool. Sure. It's a compliment, right? So we're telling someone that we like them. You're really cool, man. You're really cool dude.

Ha, you me says you're in comparable. I like that one. If you're in comparable that means that you're very unique. You're extraordinary. You're awesome. You're incredible.

You're like, wow, I see. Top garden says top of the world. You're Top of the World, man. Yes. Or I'm on top of the world when I'm with you. I feel incredible.

Okay, Mama says you are awkward. That would probably be the opposite. Or heading in the opposite direction of you're the greatest. Okay? Yes. Hi Anna.

Hi. Nene says you're wonderful. Yes. Isn't it cooler so many ways to compliment someone, right? So you don't just have to say you're the greatest you can say all the rest. All right, let's do pronunciation.

Repeat after me. And if you're doing pronunciation, put some apples in the comments. Okay, here we go. Repeat after me. You're the greatest. You're the best.

You're awesome. You're incredible. You're amazing. You're unbelievable. You're magnificent. And I see Laila omega rd.

You are extraordinary. Yes, that's right. Great. There are a lot of words to describe, or how to communicate how we think someone is awesome. Okay, so let's head back to the conversation. All right.

So in the first part, you're the greatest. I'd be lost without you. I count on your love. I depend on your love. I trust in your love. I need your love, baby.

Okay, so Anna continues. I'm pretty awesome. Uh huh. And we'll take a look right away. I'm pretty awesome. Let's take a look at some other ways to say I'm pretty awesome.

All right. So Anna probably has a very high opinion of herself. She's really think she's top dog. We could say she thinks she's incredible. Alright, so here we go. Let's take a look.

I'm pretty awesome. So if we look at the pictures Looking at people, huh? They're like, yeah, I'm cool. I'm awesome. I'm wonderful. Right?

Okay, so I'm going to try not to use the same words that we use before. Because most of them would work right? I'm amazing. I'm unbelievable. I'm magnificent. I'm the best, but we're gonna try some different ones.

Okay, so there's someone saying, I'm pretty awesome. Here are other ways to say that. Well say I'm in credit. Well, I'm very cool. Wait even better. I'm the coolest.

Hmm, because we have a high opinion, right? We think we're awesome. I'm quite sophisticated, who that's a nice word. All right. I'm quite sophisticated, sophisticated. If someone is sophisticated, it usually means they have a lot of experience with life.

Right? Maybe they have a high intelligence. They have Have a great education. they've traveled around the world, they, they know a lot about many things and they're able to have very interesting conversation. Maybe you could say they're sophisticated. Ooh, you Mrs. charismatic.

That's a nice word. Yes. If someone's charismatic, it's like ha, who everyone wants to be around them. All right. Let's see. Here's another one.

I'm all the rage. Whoo. If you've been following Eva lingo, you might have seen all the rage before. This is an idiom. And it just means really popular. Really awesome.

Everyone's talking about it all. The new movie, right? It's all the rage everyone's talking about. It's so cool. Right? So here's an idiom.

I guess we get to idioms today. We get count on and we get all the rage. Tell you what, I'm going to underline it because it's all the rage. Okay, here's another one. Pretty neat. Right?

In here, when we say neat. We're not talking about organized because you can describe a room as being neat and organized or tidy. But if we're talking about a person, in this context, when we're trying to do other ways to say I'm pretty awesome. I'm pretty neat is like, I'm pretty cool. I'm really neat. You know, I'm like, all the rage.

I'm the coolest. Alright, and another one. I'm very enlightened. Alright, enlightened usually means that maybe you have the correct information. You also have a clear set of goals. You know what you're going to do and you're focused and you're heading toward it, and you're enlightened.

So maybe you have new information that can solve problems and and move you forward towards your goals. Right? Okay. Leah Hooda says, I'm so sexy. Yeah. I think that one fits for all of these pictures right?

Hey, I'm so sexy. Yeah, yeah. Okay, Mahmood says captivating and immaculately dressed. That's right. All right, Maria antonetti says charming, right? Okay, wonderful.

All right, so let's do some pronunciation repeat after me. I'm pretty awesome. I'm the coolest. I'm quite sophisticated. I'm all the rage. I'm pretty neat.

I'm very enlightened. Okay, so these are other ways to say I'm pretty awesome. They're very close with the same meanings. Someone you know, they either have a high opinion of themselves, or they're very competent in themselves and they would say something like this. Alright, I see Mahmoud, put some apples. That means he was doing some pronunciation wonderful on garden to love the apples.

Wonderful. All right, let's go back to the conversation. Alright, so we just did. I'm pretty awesome. Let's finish what she says. I'm pretty awesome.

I'm the coolest. However, I think there's one way you can improve. As in there's one way you can get better. Hmm. Paul, what do you mean? Are you saying there's something wrong with me?

Hmm. So let's talk about what do you mean? It's very common to say what do you mean, right? What do you mean? What do you mean what? Okay, so let's talk about other ways to say, What do you mean?

Well, maybe I'll put it down. Here we go. What do you mean? I'm going to put it right there? Right? What do you mean?

Alright, so other ways to say what do you mean? And this would be great, you know, if you're in your English class, or you're talking with someone at work, or and you don't want to keep repeating, what do you mean? What do you mean? What do you mean? So I'm going to give you some other ways to say it. All right, here we go.

What do you mean, you could say, What are you trying to communicate? Right? If I'm saying what do you mean all the time? There's probably a problem with our communication, right? We can say, What are you attempting to say? Right?

We could say what are you attempting to say? Which means trying if you ask me trying sounds more natural. So I'm going to put trying, what are you trying to say, man? Right. Right. And here's a little more complex but similar media.

In what message? Are you trying to convey? Ooh, convey is not the most common word. But it's useful, right? It means to send, like, send or send the message. Give the message.

Communicate. So what message Are you trying to convey? What message Are you trying to send? What message Are you trying to communicate? Okay. Aha.

Leah, who says, What's your point? I liked that one. That one actually goes a little bit extra. So, if someone's talking to you, and you understand what they're saying, but maybe something is, you know, why are you talking so much? You could say, What's your point? Right.

Get to your point. Tell me what you're trying to say. Yes, that's good. What's your point? Very good. All right, repeat after me.

Let's do some pronunciation. What do you mean? What are you trying to communicate? What are you trying to say? What message Are you trying to convey? All right.

All right, Laila ministers, what are you trying to talk to me? I think you would probably try to say the similar as What are you trying to say? Right when you're talking to me, but I don't understand. So what do you mean? What are you trying to say? Okay, right.

Let's go back to the conversation and move forward. So that the policy What do you mean? Are you saying there's something wrong with me, Anna, I love you and can always count on you. I can always depend on you. I can always trust you. Fortunately, I can always count on your bad breath as well.

Hmm. Okay, so we had the idiom count on two times in this little section where Anna talks. So I think we could look at other ways to say count on right. So we understand what the idiom means. But why don't we learn other ways to say it? So here we go.

The sentence is, I can count on you, right? So I'm gonna give you other ways to say I can, I can count on you. And if we look at the pictures, like we can see a little baby that's holding the finger of its parent, maybe a grandparent, I'm not quite sure, but count on you would hope that a child can count on their parents to take care of them, feed them, be nice to them, show them how to grow up stuff like that. Here we have the hands we could say. All of the hands are grabbed grabbing the wrist of their neighbor, right so this guy grabbing his wrist, this guy is grabbing his wrist or maybe it's a sheet I'm not sure, but everybody is holding the wrist of the person next to them. And they're all linked together in kind of like a chain, I guess.

And over here people are shaking hands. If you shake hands after a deal, or when you meet someone, it's like it's a sign that you trust them. Right? Or that you're going to keep your word. Alright. But oh, we had a question.

Let's see. Let me go back to the conversation. Marie Antoinette. This is wrong with me and no wrong in me. Let's see must be over here. Are you saying there's something wrong with me?

Mm hmm. And I don't think we would say wrong in me. That sounds awkward. It would be understood, but it still sounds awkward. It's like something is evil. Baby inside of me something wrong.

In me, like inside me, or you know, if it's like physical or medical condition, there's something wrong inside me my kidneys no longer function or My stomach is full, and I'm going to throw up. There's something wrong inside me something like that. But if we're talking about wrong with me, well, it could be a couple of things. It can be how I act my behavior. It can be my personality, right? Maybe it doesn't work with you.

But it can also be physical things. You know, I'm sick. I think there's something wrong with me. I have a fever, or I have a sore throat, or you know, my leg fell off. So there's something wrong with me. All right.

So let's see. So I wouldn't say no, no wrong with me. Yeah. Okay. All right. So here we go.

Let's move forward. Your other ways to say I can count on you. And we kind of mentioned a couple of things before but it's good to see them. You say I can depend on you. I can trust in you, I can rely on you. I have confidence in you Alright, so repeat after me Here we go.

I can count on you. I can depend on you. I can trust in you. I can rely on you. I have confidence in you. Who I like that when you meet says I confide in you.

Yes. Very nice. I'm going to add it I have space I can find. It will probably add the can so we can have a similar meaning to up on top. I can confide in you. Right.

Let's see a Lilo matrices I can consider you That's not quite the same thing because consider means you have different options, right? And if you consider something you're trying to decide, okay, do I want it to I don't want it. So if I'm considering you, maybe I'm considering you for a position at work or something like that. So I'm not quite sure. I don't know yet. If I can trust you, I'm thinking about it.

You know, it's possible, but we haven't got to the point yet where I can count on you. Alright, let's see garden says, believe in you. Yes, I like that one. I can believe in you. Because in the past, you kept your word. You said what you were going to you said, you did what you were going what you said you were going to do?

You told me that you were going to arrive at eight and you always arrived at eight so I can believe in you. Yes. All right. Let's go back to the conversation moving forward. All right. So and I love you can always count on you.

Ah, unfortunately, I can always Count on your bad breath as well. All right, so Paul has some stinky breath. Maybe he doesn't brush his teeth. Maybe he doesn't class. Maybe he just eats garlic. I think mom would before had said somewhere about garlicky breath.

Mm hmm. Ah, Leah Huda says feel safe with you. Sure, that would work. It would probably be more of a specific situation. Maybe a parent child, or a girlfriend boyfriend. Or like more of a real close relationship.

I feel safe with you. Right? Because you're maybe going to protect me or keep me safe from harm. Something like that. Right. You miss as hot breath, heart.

Garlicky breath. haven't brushed my teeth in like five months. Okay, so Paul ends the conversation. Perhaps I should stop breathing on you or on your face. This is getting awkward. Hmm.

I think this is a good one to look at other ways to say this is getting awkward. Then the eyes start going like this. Right? Okay, so here we go. This is getting awkward. Right?

Before we get to the other ways to say this is getting awkward, we can look at the pictures, right? So this lady is covering her face. You know, this guy's kind of using his handkerchief because he's sweating. And this guy just realized that he's naked. Except for the hat, I guess. And he's like, Ah, oh my goodness.

All right. Let's see Mahmoud says Is it possible to determine which one is more formal than others? Or uses in everyday English? And I would need to know which one that you're talking about. Are you talking about count on you these ones or could you be more specific Right, because there are a lot of phrases that we're doing today. And I would need to know the specific one.

Do you think if it's formal or informal, okay? Most of the stuff that we're using today is could probably be for both formal and informal, but depending on the context, probably more informal, especially you know, your breath stinks. If your boss's breath stinks, then you might want to keep it to yourself. All right, here we go. Zero. This is these are other ways to say this is getting awkward.

This is becoming uncomfortable. Right? This is starting to feel embarrassing. This is becoming unpleasant. Uh huh. Are you me see this is getting worse.

Let's see. I suppose I could work right. The situation between us right now. Because I'm, I'm breathing like a hot oven on your face and it smells horrible. It's getting worse. Hmm.

Okay, unendurable on it unable to sustain not able to continue under these stinky conditions, right? So this guy, maybe he's given a speech or something or maybe the reporters are asking him some uncomfortable questions. And he's like, Oh, ah, he's starting to get sweaty because he's uncomfortable, right? The questions are becoming very unpleasant. He doesn't want to be there anymore. This lady maybe, maybe she just slipped and fell in the snow or on the ice.

And she did it in front of a guy that she really likes and she doesn't want to look bad. She's like, ah, I feel so embarrassed. This is getting awkward and this guy is Since he just realized he's naked, he's embarrassed he feels awkward and it's definitely becoming unpleasant for him. Hmm. All right. Let's see Hannah honey says in the elegant.

I'm thinking in elegant. Well when I think of the word elegant. I think of someone who has good style. They're dressed very nice. And they have maybe an elegant dress on a beautiful dress on and they're prepared for the evening. In elegant.

I'm not I haven't really used in elegant before but it would be the opposite right have elegant, huh? All right. Okay, so let's do pronunciation repeat after me. This is getting awkward. This is becoming uncomfortable. This is starting to feel embarrassing.

This is becoming unpleasant. Okay, so once again if you make shows the apples All right, that means you do a Leo who means you're doing pronunciation wonderful. These are similar ways to say this is getting awkward. There's some sort of situation which is making people feel embarrassed. Maybe sad or bad. Lilo made us feel bad.

Yes, you feel bad. Something's not right. All right, you have an uneasy feeling maybe. Okay. and in this situation, it's awkward because his breath smells terrible. Alright, so I'm going to repeat the conversation one more time and regular speed, and then we'll move on to the quiz.

Okay, so pay attention. Here we go. You're the greatest. I'd be lost without you. I count on you. Love, Anna.

I'm pretty awesome. However, I think there's one way you can improve. Paul. What do you mean? Are you saying there's something wrong with me? Anna, I love you and can always count on you.

Unfortunately, I can always count on your bad breath as well. Paul. Perhaps I should stop breathing on your face. This is getting awkward. Huh? Let's hope.

Let's hope this isn't their first date. All right, maybe the day was going so well. They spent like five hours together. And they're like, Ah, you're the one for me baby off. We're going to never be a part again. Let's have let's have a kiss.

And then she's like something Something smells terrible. Right. Okay. All right. So let's move on.
