The clear and calm model is researched and tested in different industries. One of the industries, of course, is the aviation industry, which has about 40 years of experience in these kinds of trainings. It's based on behaviors because you can observe behaviors, and you can instruct people to show different behaviors to improve the situation. And what is very important, it's based on giving and receiving. So giving and taking feedback is the key of the whole model. What we've seen is that in many companies, there is some kind of communication training.
Maybe some companies do feedback training, it's usually for managers down but they seldom leave Consistently train this across the board in one language. It's very important if you want a feedback culture that everybody knows that language and uses that same language, even across different national borders, then what sometimes happens is that these courses work very, very well and the trainer leaves. And three months later, everybody's basically forgotten what the course was about. And we really, really believe in repetition. And that's something we took from your world, where you continuously in simulators, train and train and then train some more. So we believe in the same and we have a program where you continuously are asked to train to do role plays, to do simulations to make sure that you get better every time and it really doesn't stop.
The clear income model is a great step towards a innovative culture or a learning culture where people feel empowered to speak up. Know how to speak up and know how to receive feedback, which is just or even more important than to give feedback. That's correct. And as we say, in aviation, safety and performance is a moving target. So you have to be busy with it always. When working with the clear and calm model, you only have to remember two words, clear and calm.
Clear is for giving feedback, provide clear effects, clear consequences, and a clear solution. When taking feedback, just remember calm, listen, stay calm and work on the towards solution with a given. No, it's not. You have to learn those steps and you have to practice those steps. But we see it as a triangle. And in the triangle, you have the clear and calm model.
You have leadership behavior, and you have culture and all of that. These different elements work with each other but you have to work on all of them.
