Let's talk for a moment about engaging a mantra and Yantra system in a way that can get you the results that you deserve. First of all, what is the mantra in this system and in all the systems of Sri Kalash, where, these mantras are precise formulas taken from the ancient palm leaf books of India. They are tried and true. They are used by millions of saints over hundreds and hundreds of years of time. The understanding about how to do them in the highest way, the and the understanding that these are precise formulas of energy is very important to these mantra practices. Because each mantra is made from what are called B chakras or B jus which are seed vibrations of the energy of God.
These seed vibrations hold an energy of God and they are strung together in order to create these mantras and they are strung together in precise formulas for creating exact connections into specific channels of God energy. And what we call charging a mantra is building up a connection to a vibration in you have those specific channels of God energy, that God vibration in you. We do that by saying the mantra chanting the mantra, a specific number of times per day over a specific number of consecutive days each day then building building building the charge of that vibrational energy in us. But we must understand that in order to get that charge in order to be charged by these, we must do these precisely we need to pronounce them correctly. So for all the mantras in this class, We'll find a sound file there. Please practice with the sound file before beginning your mantra practice for your certain number of times a day times a certain number of days.
Because you must pronounce it correctly these are vibrational energies of God if you haven't got the vibration, right, you haven't got the energy so please listen to the set mantra sound files, until you have it until you can can pronounce it with correct vibration. But more than that, because these are vibrational connections to the divine energy of God, which are ancient in nature, they are precise formulas they cannot be changed and the rules for charging them cannot be changed in any way or you will not be charging them. You will not be receiving the benefit that you're working for there. I like to think of it as baking a cake and you're sitting there thinking, Okay, instead of sugar Thought throwing salt It's time. Well guess what, you're no longer baking a cake Are you you're baking something else, you don't know what that is, but it's not a cake.
And you will not experience quickness at the end of that baking. You cannot substitute anything, you cannot change anything, you cannot decide you're going to do it differently than the diksha you will not receive the benefit, it will not be a cake. And what's the sense of putting all this energy in to do these practices if you're not going to get the precise results you're looking for. The other thing to remember about these formulas of energy is that they are from ancient palm leaf books. They are honored, true, experienced, used, formulas of the ancient and of the Divine. Now, you might find mantras elsewhere.
In other books or in other practices, and I want to point out that there is a specific difference between the Shri Kalash who are energies of mantra that he is used in his systems and is pulled from those ancient Pali books, and the general mantras that you experience and other practices. In other practices in general, the mantras used there are four bhakti, or devotional love connection purposes. They're fabulous. They're beautiful, I absolutely believe in bhakti, but Bhakti and even in our process is absolutely necessary. You must be in that place of love, you must be in that place of open hearted ness towards the divinity, divinity and towards yourself. Bhakti is beautiful.
But these particular mantras that are in this tree Kalash or systems that have been pulled from these ancient palm leaf books are the Shakti mantras. They are the mantras gaining the powers of engaging in the creation energies from a state of divinity. They are power mantras. Now, power without love, no, never, always, power must come with love, love and power must go together. And certainly all of the ills of humankind have come from that separation between love and power. We do need love when we're doing these mantras, we do need to engage these mantras from a state of love.
In fact, we need to sit and open our hearts before we ever start any of these Shakti mantra practices. Because love and power do need to be combined. But these are not your average Bhakti mantras that you may find someplace else. So let's start about let's talk about how to do these mantras First, open your heart absolutely open Your heart, the heart is not only that loving connection to God, but it is also a conduit place within the physical body. It is a conduit from the divine realms down into the physical realm of us. We have to open that in order to receive the energies that we're chanting the vibrations of.
And I like to open my heart by just thinking on points in time in my life when I really had that deep sensation of open heartedness. Some experience I had with a friend or with a child or with a sunset, in which I or with my master, beautiful Shri Kalash, for that really opened my heart that I could feel that all of our body heart opening sensation, and when I remember that I tried to recall that as strongly into my body as possible, so I'm, I know I'm in that open hearted place. And from that open hearted place, then set your intent for this module. These are specific formulas they are going for a particular energetics set intent to hit that to do become that to hold that vibration to be that vibration from doing this mantra, then you don't have to think about that. In particular, during during doing the mantra, the please set the intent before doing the mantra.
Then you're going to find yourself a beautiful, undisturbed place where you can do this. Because each mantra sitting, the number of mantras you need to do for that day need to be done consecutively without interruption without getting up to go to the bathroom without answering the phone without answering a question from your kids. It needs to be done in a concerted meditative stance of doing all the mantras before interruption so no interruptions. And I know for some of that some of us that's hard, but this is important because you're building an energy of vibration. If you're engaging all sorts of other vibrations. What are you doing there?
No, you have to keep it pure by doing your number of monitors for the day without interruption. Now, there's a boss too, or you know, cuz boss too is kind of Indian Fung Shui. There's a boss to pulling the power. And if you face north or east and doing your meditation mantra meditations, you Joppa meditations, we call those if you sit facing north or east, it will be more powerful for you. But you can also lie down if you want to, you don't have to sit in any kind of uncomfortable position and these mantra practices, you can sit you can lie down, you can even walk around, but no aspect of your skin of your body without covering can touch the ground or the floor. If you understand earth element, then you understand that earth element d charges and what we're trying to do is charge a mantra.
We're trying to gain the charge. We don't want to discharge it to the earth and the floor counts as the earth here the earth counts as the earth. So no walking with your bare feet, no fitting sitting directly on the ground even if you have clothes on, put a blanket underneath you, when you're sitting on the ground or sitting on the floor. There get that extra layer of protection so you're not discharging and no bare feet dropping or dripping over the edge of your blanket onto the ground of the floor. No, absolutely not contacting in directly the ground of the floor during the moderates and not letting your mala or your counter of mantras touch the floor or ground either. Which brings us to the Mala.
In order to count these mantras, you're going to need a way of counting them. And this mala is a lotus see mala? It is the easiest and most gentle mala to use if you use a Redrock shamala they are very Aries bigs top energy Rudra is the is the tough form of Shiva. And it is very personal, you must be a very precise pronouncer of these mantras in order to really get the benefit of a Redrock shamala. So we really recommend these, a lotus seed model like this one, the Hindu models have 108 beads plus an extra bead, the guru bead. And most of these diksha say do 108 mantras and if you do the 109th Mantra and the guru beat you get the guru his blessing just in case you did any kind of slip up in the process that mantra night you don't want to slip up and then do the guru beat and think okay, I got taken care of now if you slip up, start over again.
But if you don't know you're slipping up for some reason. And you know, you just get this extra protection. We're doing a 109 on the GRE repeat. So you Use the mala to count your mantras. You never hold them all up with this finger. This is your fire finger.
That's part of the teaching of the five elements. And what you're trying to do is also charged this as a power object while you're chanting. You're not only charging yourself but because you're using the mala to count your your mantras. You're also chanting this mala as a power object. So you're going to take this between the thumb and the and the middle finger, not this finger, and you're going to use it can just keep moving it each time you finish a mantra, rest, repetition, you can move it and sooner or later you've moved it all the way around and you are at 108 and then you fewer feeling like you want that extra blessing of the of the guru. You're adding that hundred and the ninth ma Chen chanting of the mantra on the guru read.
Now, you can practice at any time of day, but you should probably At a time of day when you're going to do your practice, because it's very easy to forget. And you must do these four consecutive days, if you miss a day, you have to start the number of days over again. So it's very helpful to have a particular time of day. And certain mantras, in their addictions in their rules and regulations will say that it needs to be done at a particular type of day, then you must absolutely and strictly honor that you must absolutely in strictly honor all the addictions of the mantras that you do. Now, with your job Amala, you wouldn't want to take it into the shower, you would also discharge it there. You don't want to actually you don't want to get it wet, either.
And you can clean and maintain your mala with beautiful oils, like coconut oil if you want to. But you don't let anybody touch your mala because you're building a power object there. Now, one exception is your children that sometimes and I know they'll want to see that thing and they'll want to grab for it. And you know what, that's okay. Don't let them play. With a Don't let them put them on the ground, don't let them take it away, you know, and do it have it for themselves.
But if they happen to touch it, all right, that's the one exception. Now, we talked about pronouncing exactly these mantras, that is very, very important. These are vibrational energies, the vibration of the pronunciation, even in silence in your mind counts. So please listen to the sound files and practice with those. Also, you can chant a mantra externally or internally, you might want to start externally chanting it so you can hear the vibration of it and make sure it's matching those sound files and then pull it internal to yourself. But they can be chanted either externally or internally.
The exception is if it happens to have a personal mantra in there, which would not be chanted out loud. And we want you to notice the symptoms of charging the mantra. There are symptoms you will experience things and it's important to to notice those to understand the sensation of this vibration in you the sensation of the purification, the sensation of the energy of the vibration, there'll be trances. There'll be heat, there'll be dreams, there'll be appetite changes, they'll be thoughts, there'll be purifications that are happening. Notice them, engage them understand them. And if there is an associated Yantra to your practice, and some mantras do have yantras associated with them, some do not.
But if there is a Yantra associated with it, look at or draw the structure of the chanter in your mind. As you're doing the mantra. mantra is powerful. Yantra is powerful, but when the two are combined, it's 100 times boost to the energy. Now each time you do your mantra practice, you're going to want to start with one each of what we call the opening mantras, the ganache mantra, the guru mantra and the Gayatri Mantra. They are on the sound files on your class.
And they are listed in this teaching so that you can read them so that you can learn them and begin to recite them. You only need to recite one of each of those. And what's very beautiful about that is that when the mantra is Ganesha is a elephant headed boy who is the son of Shiva and Shakti. And there's some great stories about kadesh. But, but one of the things Ganesh does is remove the obstacles. And you want that removal of obstacles from your practice.
You're trying to gain high divine Shakti channels that the saints have done. You want the protection and the health the removal of the obstacles of Ganesh. The second one is the guru mantra. By connecting into the guru through this guru monitor, you're not only connecting industry Kalash where, who is the one who brought forward these mantras in this in this Timing, but you're connecting to the line of kudos to all the gurus, all the gurus back to the greatest guru, which is God. And you are connecting also to the guru in you. With the guy at the mantra, you're connecting into a form of the Divine Mother, who is a hugely, fully, totally blessing loving form of the Divine Mother.
And the Gayatri Mantra is equal to what they call the four Vedas are equal to the divine knowledge. So you can see how each one of these would be truly important before beginning your mantra practice. Please remember to follow the diksha the rules and regulations for each mantra precisely. When you do that and you pronounce in a precise way and you're you're not determined During the process, when you're sitting facing north and east, when you're having your heart open and setting the intent for this mantra, you will feel the symptoms. You will feel the energy you will know something's happening. You know, the first stage of the illusion is that we sit around thinking, Oh, is there anything happening here?
I'm doing it I'm doing it and doing it. I don't know what I'm doing and but I'm doing it anyway. But that second stage of the illusion is reached through practice, through experience through noticing what's going on in us through paying attention to the vibrations in us and then that second state through the illusion you know what we begin to feel something. I believe you will begin to feel the energy of God in you
