We're going to put together a number of things that we've been learning about the stages of the soul and the womb, about what babies experiencing in the world. And about the mantras that we gave for the after the first trimester, in order to try and bring you a deep Soul to Soul communication with your child. And for practitioners, you also can train mothers to do this pregnant mothers to do this. So, listen to these steps very carefully so that you can lead them, guide them, train them and help them in creating this connection, this soul to soul connection with the baby in the womb. Now, we're talking about doing this in the second and third trimesters because we're talking about doing it with the divine soul, the eternal soul, which has entered the womb during that Maha yoga timing of nine To 101 days. So we are talking about a practice that you're going to do after that point in time in pregnancy.
And we're talking about a timing there in which the soul is present not only in the body of the baby, but the soul is the primary vibrating force of the energy of the being of your baby. The mind as we know, it doesn't develop until much later in pregnancy. And so it is a state in which there is no mind there. There is only the state of consciousness of the divine soul, and of the energies of creation which are running in the womb chakra. So we're going to try and match your state as much as we can. You're the mother's state as much as we can to the state of the baby in the womb.
So remember that The state of the baby is that they're in this no mind place. They're in the state of pure light and vibration. They are in a state of meditation in which they are in connection to the energy of their own soul, and their own souls connection to the energy of all that is. And so in order to get you in communication, mothering communication with baby we need the mother to be in a deep sense of meditation and a deep connection to her own soul. That's we're going to use that nine arrows and Gaia tree mantras in order to develop you in that way. Not only are those amazing mantras to be done after the first trimester that we we gave in an earlier segment.
Amazing monitors which bring high divine energy to the soul of your child which give beautiful pictures circles for entering into the illusion later on. But they also do the same for you. They are a high divine modules which are activating your soul energy, which are getting you in touch with the soul nature of yourself, which are getting you connected to a high vibration of your own being. So we're going to want you to practice those mantras in order to develop a, an all ready state within you that is connected to the state that your child is in. And then get yourself into a state of meditation without mind and then get yourself into a beautiful divine state with them. And those those are the basic practices that no matter how you choose to do this.
That's what you need in order to have a communication with your baby. Because remember, your baby is there in a state of meditation. Remember, your baby is there listening through its whole body Not just through its ears, it's responding to the vibrations in the womb, it's responding to the vibrations in the cavity of mother. It is absolutely resound ng to an engaging with a vibratory environment. And so we want you not only to be in a state of meditation, not only to have raised your own soul energy with the practice of these mantras, and gotten in touch with your own soul vibration from the practice of these mantras, but we want you to bring a divine vibration into you and hold that as the vibratory experience of the child in the world to give them a vibratory experience of your own divine states. And when we're saying communication in the womb, to the baby, because there isn't a conscious mind in the same sense that there is and people who have been born Already, we may or may not be getting word communication.
It doesn't have to be words. It can be a deep sense. It can be an intuition. It can be a feeling sensation or an image. The fact those are much more likely as your first communications with your child. They're not in a state of mind.
They're in a state of vibration. And you might sense that vibration, as an intuition as a feeling of an image. That communication at the soul to soul level. We're not doing a chat with our child. We are having Soul to Soul communication. We are getting your soul vibration recognized in you with those mantras we are connecting you in with a meditative state that baby is and we are creating a divine soul state in you with putting You in a state of high consciousness.
And then we're connecting soul to soul with baby that is in the womb. Now this can happen once you've chanted these mantras, the guy at tree and nine arrows and or nine arrows for some period of time, you're developing a state in you that is akin to what we're talking about. It's a meditative connection to your soul state. It's a positive divine vibration. And so the communication with baby could just pop up at any time at the deep feeling of an intuition of an experience of what you know at that moment is your child and deep knowing there, that could happen or you could get dreams. It's very common that women who do these practices get dreams of their baby and communicate in the dreams.
And that's because that's when your mind's out of the way. That's when your soul is free. That's when babies can make a direct Soul to Soul communication to you is in the dream state in the form of energy images in the form of sensations in the form of feeling that you make into the dream story. So very well could come in the form of dreams. But we're going to give you a meditative suggested meditative practice here to try and get you in touch with that. So it could come just come in terms of intuitions, it could just come in terms of dreams, but let's give you a meditative practice that you can also attempt here.
So the first thing you're going to do in this meditative practice, is that you're going to get yourself in a comfortable position, get yourself some time when you're not going to be interrupted, maybe turn off the lights, maybe light a candle, make a beautiful, beautiful space for yourself there and get into a comfortable position with your eyes closed. Now comfortable position, okay, that's that's sometimes the trick in pregnancy isn't it? And we would prefer if your spine is Straight, but we don't need you sitting in some uncomfortable yogic posture. We don't even need you sitting up. You could be laying down with your spine straight. But you could also just give up on the spine straight notion if the comfortable position for you doesn't have a straight spine, spine, we want you comfortable.
And I know that comfort isn't the easiest thing in pregnancy. So find your spot, find your way. And then we're going to have you just relax with your eyes closed and begin to a deep breathing process. Slow, long, inhalations explorations. You can do that in through the nose and out through the mouth. That's beautiful, but if you're stuffed up, be kind with yourself.
Just do some long inhalations and exhalations as babies pressing on the diaphragm. Fine. Be comfortable. Just Get a slowness to the breath as deeply as you can inhale and exhale. If you can do a five count that's fabulous five counts and by plant counts out fabulous. We want you to just enjoy that.
Watch the breath for a little while, just watch the breath. Watch the breath and relax into that allow relaxation to come to the body. Allow the the breath itself to change your vibration and feel yourself going down through the layers letting go of the day letting go of the tensions letting go. Now we're going to draw your attention to your heart chakra. So we want you to touch your heart. Whether you do that with your fingers or your thumb or your whole hand.
They are the palm of your hand. Heart Chakra is mid chest. We're going to want you to touch your heart chakra and to continue touching holding the heart chakra point throughout the rest To this meditation, the point of this is to connect you into your own heart. Now remember, remember baby when the soul comes to baby in the womb, that it connects into the heart beat and it creates the heart chakra through a divine or or spiritual heartbeat that comes forward. We're connecting you into your heart chakra. We're connecting you into the spiritual heartbeat a view that the heartbeat baby and that's the heartbeat we want you and connected to so you're just going to hold that heart chakra point as you're doing your deep breathing in an out and just put your attention to the heart chakra.
If you want to be chanting Gayatri Mantra then great if you want to be chanting nine arrows then great if you have a personal mantra, chant that then great if you want to just listened to beautiful music great if you want to just relax in the silence. Great just connecting in to your heart chakra then we're going to ask you a mom, once you feel really relaxed and connecting and you're getting a sense of your spiritual own spiritual heartbeat in there. We're going to have you put in your consciousness is strong memory of a time when you had the all over feeling of one of these divine states of consciousness, a love, compassion or gratitude. These are very strong God states. They are very strong states of connection through the human consciousness to the divine states of God and of mother divine. So we want you to recall as strongly as possible, a timing when you felt that you want to be call it so strongly that you begin to feel that again inside your own body.
And especially that you begin to feel it inside your heart chakra. So what we're doing now is we're putting you into your divine state of consciousness, the same divine kind of states of consciousness that your baby in the womb is already in. And we want you to feel it, it's going to feel like a heart opening, it's going to feel like a lightening of the heart, it's going to feel like a feeling of light in the heart or a feeling of that feeling of love, or compassion, or gratitude in the heart and just keep playing the memory. Like a little movie in the head or just talking to yourself about that memory to sustain that feeling in your heart chakra. Still, you're doing your nice deep breathing. Still, you are relaxing, and just relax into that feeling for a while.
That's a wonderful state in any of these feelings. love, compassion, gratitude, are just beautiful, divine states. Enjoy that experience that Okay, so once you've enjoyed that for a little while and you've tasted that once you've created a vessel of divine vibration for your child, then start to imagine your baby feeling that vibration. See your baby floating in there in an acquiesce environment of that vibration of love, compassion or gratitude. Just imagine mother just connect in to that imagining and place at the same time, your other hand on your navel on your baby bump, but on the navel. You've got one hand, probably the dominant hand on your heart chakra and you've got the other one on your navel.
And then you're just going to Connect into that imagery, that imagining of your baby they're floating in the sensations, the vibrations of love or compassion or gratitude. And then we're going to have you speak internally, or you could speak it aloud if you wish to, to the baby in the womb. Now, putting your attention to that hand that is on the navel. You're just going to begin to speak first, from that state from that divine state. So for example, if what you've been focusing on as a memory of when you felt pure and utter love, then you're speaking and you're applying that love state, to your relationship with the child. My beautiful divine baby I love you so much.
Just you're speaking it. You're adding that to the vibration. taury environment within. If it's, for example, a thought of gratitude that you've been using, then then your first speaking, your first adding of that voice mechanism of vibration, either internally in the thoughts or externally in your voice is to say something like, I'm so grateful you came to me, I can't be more thankful than to be in union with you, or you know, however is right for your own heart. Here's putting it put it in your own words, but you're going to speak the feeling that you're already creating in the memory you can speak that feeling as a relationship to your child. And this will be a very good time for you to follow that up with your mother's prayers.
I mean, we had so all sorts of mothers prayers you can do during pregnancy five to nine times where you have a particular intent and so on. Be good to follow this up with those prayers, this would be absolutely ideal timing, for doing your mother's players blessings, sending blessings to your child. Then listen and listen with your whole body. The same way your child is listening with them. Listen to your child. Listen to the sensation, to the images, to the deep felt feelings, to the movements, to the pulsations to anything that is potentially a communication with your child.
Just listen. And then you can move on to ask a question. And at first ask questions that can be answered with yes or no. Because that that it's easy, I think for us mostly to get a hint on an intuition of yes or an intuition of No, that's that. Let's start simply You could be getting words and things by now. Okay, great, but let's get you into just that sensation form of communication.
And then listen again. Ask your question and listen again. Remember, you're listening for an intuition. You're listening for sensation or listening for a feeling. The feeling of happiness says yes, you know, the feeling of concern or something might be a no to really pay attention there to that energetic that you're experiencing and after you ask the question, and if there's any feeling of discomfort or or distress or just confusion or anything else that's not in that positive, divine kind of way. Then bless your baby with a solution to that with the blessing Through your mother's blessing, to heal that, to be the solution to that.
So if the baby's in distress, you send a feeling of peace and a blessing for peace. If the baby is in confusion, you send a blessing of clarity and you yourself should feel that clarity again. feel it in your own heart chakra, what you're going to bless that makes it so powerful. Not just your words, but your sensation, your vibration, bless it to your child, because that could be a form of communication, whatever that discomfort is, whatever that they might be asking for something there. Give it bless it. You have complete plant power as the mother to bring blessings to a baby that's in the world.
We've learned that and the other practices. So do it in that moment. Respond from a blessing way to whatever comes as your sensation as your experience has this conversation with your child. And then give gratitude at the end of this when you feel you've had some conversation or even if you feel you didn't, even if you just had a nice meditation, give gratitude, give huge gratitude to God to another divine, to your soul, into the soul of your baby to end your meditative practice of the day. Now we're giving this as a suggested practice, we said of course, there are times when that intuition that knowing from your child will just come up in you after you practice these mantras for a while. There are times when you will have dreams Yes.
And then there are times when you will want to sit down and actually try to have this interaction this conversation sold to so and the hardest one of those is going to be the sitting down in a conscious state having this conversation so we'll just call it because you've got to get meditative. You got to get out of your own mind. You've got to get in your own soul vibration. Gotta heighten your own soul vibration. You know, it's some stuff to do with their mom. So be gentle on yourself.
Be super gentle with yourself. It may take you some time to do that. And maybe you'll want to ask somebody to help you get the help guide you in your meditative process or to help you hold beautiful sacred space or to keep everybody else out of the room, sometimes the biggest issue, ask for help, no problem. Be patient with yourself. No problem. Pay attention to the intuitions that come in everyday life.
Pay attention to the intuitions that come in dreams. start paying attention because if you can reach some state of connection, you already have a soul to soul connection by baby being in the womb and the womb chakra being connected there. You can have this experience if you just center into it and relax into it. And may you have the most blessitt interactions with your baby in the womb.
