Now I'm going to show you a nice exercise that you can do again on the tennis ball with the racket in a ball normal. You focusing on the attacking forehand, of course. So idea is you give yourself slow ball which you can attack. And then right after you attack it, and then again after you just kind of feet, so it's kind of like you're training yourself. But you know, hitting every ball, you're hitting fast and hard as you can every other ball. Yeah.
So give yourself a little bit more time for preparation, otherwise, we'll be impulsive. So, let's, let's get into it. Now, watch my footwork. Watch how much I'm transferring to the ball again. So first we'll be small and then I will fast through it again. Slow, fast, slow, fast.
Slow So this is how I like to train, go do this on your own. Again, fantastic exercise. Gonna strengthen you up, you're gonna have a big foreheads. And again, try to get as early as you can right on top. Okay, let's go on to wrap up. Let's go through everything that we've done so far, that right off so we're gonna get to the tennis mindset, which is again necessary in order to take it to the next level.
