Let's study the seven easy steps to construct a candidate analysis. Step one, make a list of potential customer needs. When you plan a product or service, you would first make a list of potential customer needs that your product or service would satisfy. Capturing the voice of customer is a good way to get ideas for what should be on the list of potential requirements.
