Canada analysis is an extremely useful tool to understand and prioritize customer requirements. It is not a paperwork, exercise or additional documentation that must be completed in order to proceed to the next development milestone. It not only helps in identifying the customer requirements as basic, one dimensional and exciting, but also allows the organization to invest its time, money, manpower, and other resources optimally.
