Taking the step back for a moment, so far, we have looked at the different types of customer requirements. We have also learned to build a kind of questionnaire in functional and dysfunctional form. And we have learned to use the five multiple choice options for each response. We are still trying to figure out how do we classify each requirement into must be is one dimensional, attractive, indifferent and reverse? The answer to this question will be uncovered in this chapter. At this moment, let us assume that we have administered the kind of questionnaire to the customers and have received many responses.
