Who should take this course?
Module one - The power of gratitude:
In this module, you will learn how to seek things to be grateful for in your life. We will be allowing ourselves to release all negativity we channel into our life; the judgment, frustrations, expectations, guilt, etc. and replace it with gratitude.
Module two - The power of planning:
In this module, you will learn how to better manage your time and find more in your day. A lot of our happiness stems from using our time wisely for what brings us joy and we will be prioritizing your tasks in this module based on your values. We will be discussing different methods for time management, productivity, and task elimination to remove the stress of “time crunching” through your day.
Module three - The power of thinking patterns:
In this module, you will learn to manage your own thoughts and emotions. I will teach you to be able to acknowledge a negative thought before it surfaces and eliminates it prior to it having control over your day and life. I will give you the tools that I use on a daily basis to help influence you to a happier state of mind and remove any thoughts that do not serve you.
Module four - The power of elimination:
In this module, we will be digging deep into your mind and working through who it is that you do not want to be or become. I will be asking you powerful questions that will guide you to leave the past behind you and write your new story to who it is you want to become. We will be discovering the limiting beliefs behind your life so that you can become a better version of yourself. At peace, filled with joy, and the freedom and flexibility to live your best life.
Module five - The power of letting go:
In this module, we will be looking into the behaviors and habits we have that are enabling the person that we do not want to be or become. We’ll be learning the art of letting go and finding the strength to release what is no longer serving us. This will be a module focused on healing and letting go of the past.
