So we're going to inhale you out gathering energy in our hands and at the top of our head. As we exhale, we're going to lower the hands down, thinking about energy going around this frontal path, down, connecting the navel down through the way and down through the feet into the ground. After you finish that path, and you feel energy down into the ground, and this is an important point, you want to think about this going deep into the ground, five feet, 10 feet, 15 feet, 20 feet, as deep as you can. If you don't do this, you may start to get a little stagnation in your feet, which often is manifested in a soreness or an aching in the foot. So we always want to make sure that you release all the way down into the ground. As you release into the ground, just let your arms hang naturally.
And just pay attention to the feeling in your body. You want to feel relaxation, you want to feel this kind of smooth flow of energy throughout the entire body. Your eyes can be partially closed, they can be fully closed, they can be open, it really doesn't matter. Whatever is going to put you in the most relaxed state. But you're going to hold this for anywhere from 510 seconds up to a minute, and just bask in that feeling. While you're doing this, your mouth may start to become filled with saliva.
That's perfectly fine. Because the last thing you want to do before you start the next portion, swallow and imagine that's live of going all the way back down to your dantana as well. And so you let that all go in. And while you're standing like this, you just breathing normally and then you start the cycle again. So inhaling up, thinking about energy starting to top of the head, going around the face connecting into a single stream at the throat, dividing down the chest, connecting at the navel, down through the don t n to the weigh in, down to the insides of the legs, out through the soles of the feet into the ground. And again, just relaxing.
Feel the sensation of energy around and through your body. Now, when you're doing this, you have a few options. You can either do your action so it matches your breath completely. And it's kind of hard to do right now because as I'm explaining this to you, it's taking a much longer time to go through this process. But for example, if I were just Trying to match my breath and my hand action, I would just go inhaling up. And that would be it.
So as that exhale is going on, this path is being completed at a very, very rapid pace. And you can also take your time a little bit more with this, especially as you're starting to become more familiar with the sensations in these paths. So your inhale, up, singular, breath, singular action. The lowering can be multiple breaths. So you don't need to worry about trying to hold your breath or to move faster. Just whichever way you is most comfortable for you.
For me, I feel much more comfortable just doing single breath, because I feel very confident about my ability to move my energy through my body. But if you feel like you need a little more time, then certainly do that. Alright, so, in general, if you do singular paths or at the beginning stages, if you haven't done a whole lot of energy work, you should do nine repetitions through each path. So nine to the front, nine to the center, nine to the rear. Okay, so that is the detail on how to practice the frontal path. So let's do three together.
So inhale, gathering energy. Exhale around the face. down the throat to streams around the chest, to the navel down to the weigh in, down through the legs, out through the soles of the feet into the ground. Visualize the energy going deep into the ground. Pay attention to the feelings in your body. Become aware of any tension in your body release that tension.
Feel your circulation. If there's any saliva in your mouth, swallow deeply and we do pass again inhaling exhaling down around the face to the throat and the collarbones around the chest Down to the navel through the Don's hand to the way and down the sides of the legs down through the soles of the feet into the ground. Allow your intention to follow the energy down into the ground. Keep your body nice and tall though. Breathe normally as you stand, becoming aware of your body, wherever your energy swallow any saliva and we do a third one inhaling up exhaling down Swallow now we're ready to look at the specifics before the middle path
