So we inhale up, gathering energy. Exhale, it goes to the top of the head down the neck, down the cervical spine, down to the thoracic spine. When it gets right above, the waistband divides out, comes along the outside, down through the young trim points into the ground. And again, be conscious of the energy continuing to move downward and away from your body. Particularly if you're starting to feel any kind of tingling, or what you would consider to be numbness in your feet. Take a big swallow and again inhaling up exhaling down from the top of the head, your energy flowing down the spine.

A single path into the reaches right above the waistband, the main man divides out around the outside of the legs down through the soles of the feet into the ground. Yeah, swallow. And one more time inhaling up exhaling down the rear path Swallow completes the career path
