Right, so we're pretty much at the end of this program. So some final words, culture change is both deceptively easy and more complex than you might think. So it seems contradictory. It's easy, and they respect that really, it's just about individual bits of behavior. And targeting those is more complex, because there's a lot of them is the aggregate of lots of individual decisions based upon beliefs and perceptions. And that's where you have to work.
So in order for you to keep it as simple as possible, try to tackle each behavior as you identify it, and use the methods that I've been showing you today.
