Hello, in this video, I am going to show you how to run PHP code online using an online editor. You know, it is a given that you won't get the full functionality that I know a local Tech Center will give you. And you won't really sneakily get the full functionality that you can do with PHP search and you know, databases and email and certain other stuff as well. But just for testing some quick PHP code, maybe you've been given it by friend or you find it online, or you don't have your PHP environment set up your server set up on the computer you're on. This is fantastic. So you want to go to a browser.
This is actually universal, no matter what, you know, always you're on you could be on you know, Mac, like I am Windows, Linux distro, like, you know, you'd be on Android you could be on whereas could be on Chrome OS doesn't matter. Don't go to the website, run PHP online.com. And there we go. So fly click run code, you know, we what we've already got runs it we get hello world on a strong PHP script. So this HTML tags are the most I put in bold text forgot to add. I put HTML, you're literally I put it in any you're actually read the HTML tags properly.
And I think that's really all I want to show you so far created a variable, for example, like dollar boy equals seven, and I did dollar last class, and then I went to print dollar, and I did Dano I here. And if I run that code we ate right there is not a separate line because echo doesn't put it on a separate line unless we specify an appropriate tag. And there we go clear seven. We incrementally buy one for all of this is going to explain later in the series. I just wanted to show you this website and you've got to change your life there. But it's a great way of running some PHP code online.
Really quick just for some testing, or maybe, you know, you wake up and you have some new idea for some new algorithm or some something new, and you want to quickly try something and you don't, again, don't have the environment set up. Maybe you're away and you don't have access to your usual computer, then you can use something like this just for quickly testing. That's it. If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message. And as usual, I look forward to seeing you in the next video.
