So for the format of this course, we're going to work on addressing the goals of collaboration. We're then going to talk about the format you need for your collaborative event. I do my very best not to call these collaborative, collaborative events, meetings, because I think the word meeting terrifies a lot of people bores a lot of people. And these are not meetings necessarily. This is not a teaching moment. This is a collaboration and there is a difference.
So you'll hear me use that phrase collaborative event. But that's what that means. And we will prepare for the collaborative event. We will then hold the collaborative event and then we will follow up from the collaborative event. I am making the assumption that even if you are in a position where you are not working remotely, or virtually all of the time that this event is going to be remote and or virtual. So if even if you're in an office setting, maybe you have a couple of your staff who are working remotely, or you know, just you need to reach out maybe to a consultant who's going to be working remotely different things like that.
So this could apply to some different scenarios. I'm going to be pretty vague with the actual thing that you're collaborating about, because the ideas for collaboration are so broad, and people need to collaborate in all walks of life. So I'm purposefully leaving that really vague so that you can input your own company, your own position, and your ideas into this a little bit. A little bit easier that way.
