The benefits of metta or loving kindness meditation, as according to the Buddha, you will sleep easily wake easily have pleasant dreams. People will love you, animals and unseen beans will love you. unseen beans will protect you. External dangerous will not harm you. Your face will be radiant, your mind will be serene, you will die unconfused you will be reborn in happy realms. I mean, those are really great.
Buddha states that anger is like drinking poison and then expecting the other person to die when you dive into metta or loving Kindness meditation, feel free to go as deep as you want. So in it, you're asked to think of someone that has done you wrong. Depending on where you are, you don't want to bring up unhappy feelings during the meditation. So you can literally pick someone who cut you off. Or you can go deep into the traumas of your past. It doesn't make anything right or okay.
But it does help you to move on. So feel free to listen to my voice as I guide you through this meditation and choose whomever it is that you want to look at. Not what they've done. Anything else? You're literally instead of even drinking the poison not touching it. So enjoy.
