If you are practicing on your own, set your timer on the microwave stove or on your phone for the amount of time you're going to set aside to do this and they get really comfortable. Make sure you're warm. roll your shoulders down your spine, rest your hands on your knees, your thighs and take a deep breath in all the way to the bottom of your lungs. And then let it out. Allow the thoughts the feelings anything just come up. Keep your eyes closed and trust that I will call you out of this meditation when it is over to wiggle your fingers and your toes, take a deep breath, reach your arms up over your head, just bringing yourself back to this moment.
