So I created this course because I truly believe we can take control of our emotions it will work. But I'm suggesting here is personal work is discipline commitment for seven days, 20 minutes a day. If you manage to create this discipline for seven days for 20 minutes a day.
I am hopeful that you can repeat that week again and again and again, baby steps. Simple, easy, easy to digest, but extremely powerful. So please work in your anxiety and if you have severe depression On or severe anxiety or panic or something else, please call the physician called your psychologist called your psychiatric, whatever you need in order to get help and get better soon.
