Now before I introduced any technique to transform the mind, let us understand what causes the experience of happiness. Because essentially, self transformation is about transforming unhappiness into happiness. So it's important to know the cause of unhappiness. So in life, we will experience the state code on happiness. For instance, when we're angry with someone, when we end the field, worrying about something bad will happen when we're stressed, when we're impatient, and so forth. But what is really causing us to experience this state of unhappiness to perceive inexperience in a negative way.

So let us look into the course of unhappiness. When we look at outputs for the coolest are found happiness, we may find that it's something someone some situation that is making us unhappy. But when we look inwards, that is when we will discover a deeper answer. That is when we will realize that unhappiness is experienced, when we are in a state of self rejection was this when we are rejecting other selves, we will experience some happiness. When we reject ourselves, we will experience some happiness. When we reject a thing, a situation and an experience, we will experience unhappiness.

So, when I say self rejection, the self means everything because to the deeper mind, everything is the self which I will explain more later. So, to summarize my points Self rejection creates unhappiness. So, if you explore the mind, what you will discover and realize is that every negative state of the mind which brings unhappiness with it is the state of fear, the state of anger, the state of impatience, and the limitations and the confusions, they are all caused by the state of self rejection, the cause of all forms of sufferings that can simply be seen to come from this state of self rejection. realizing this thing, we will begin to see the importance of developing self acceptance. That is the key to releasing allow fears, anger, impatience limitations, any state of the mind which brings negativity, unhappiness with when you're in a state of acceptance to what yourself and others in the world that is a state of ultimate happiness.

So for this section we have learned the wisdom of what creates unhappiness, which is self rejection, and what creates happiness, which is self acceptance. Before you move to the next section, I want you to develop this wisdom, from your own experience. It's important for you to develop your own truth rather than blindly following what I say. So, next time you experience some happiness, ask yourself, what kind of state Am I in, in my in the state of rejection? And if so, what or who am I rejecting? And then
