In this week's lesson, you will be focusing on recognizing your subconscious patterns and developing mindfulness.
You will receive instruction on how environmental cues may be activating conditioned feeling habits and automatic responses that feel much beyond your control. How your body, with its thought/feeling habits, usually responds to particular environmental stimuli is very important to understand how you can begin changing thought patterns and feeling habits that no longer serve you.
Before you change anything, however, you must observe it. You must realize that it exists. A profound benefit of recognizing our own subconscious conditioning is that simply observing the condition automatically changes it. This concept has been proven by physicists through what is known as 'the double slit" experiments.
What you really want to do this week is to start observing what you are thinking and feeling so that you can begin to recognize when your mind/body is responding to certain environmental cues. By understanding your conditioned patterns, you will become empowered to start taking hold of the thoughts and feelings that once took hold of you. You will have the most important tool you need to know when your free will is being highjacked by subconscious programming and subconscious conditioning. It is from that state of awareness, that you will later be strong enough and wise enough to make more conscious choices for yourself and your life.
All of the awareness you develop now will help you master presence and become a more conscious choice-maker later.Â
