Do you remember the mystery question at the beginning of this core lesson on personal development? Do you remember all those people who I talked about? Do you remember their names? Well, let's get on to the answer. The question is, what do all these people attribute to doing that has helped them to succeed? It's one particular thing that we just covered.
All these people have one thing in common that they say was instrumental to their success. And not only does it contribute to people's success, it has a few additional benefits. It improves focus and concentration. It's a fantastic stress reducer. And it even makes you healthier in older age by slowing down the process of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Did you guess it three to one, books, books do all of this and more.
Books again, are priceless. So make sure you're taking advantage of Reading. Remember all the information that you would ever want to be successful to be happy. It's somewhere in a book. Talk to a family member, talk to a friend. Ask them about their philosophy.
Ask them about their health habits. Ask them about what books they've read, who knows, you might find someone who has similar goals as you do. And if you do if you share similar goals, work together, that synergy accomplish those goals quicker. Alright, ladies and gentlemen, I really hope that you found these lessons helpful, and that you found value in them. And the next lesson I also hope will be equally valuable. I'll see you soon for our next lesson.
Take care
