Easy breath is the perfect way to allow yourself to become familiar with what it feels like to breathe properly in and out of your body. Here, find yourself a comfortable place to sit. This will only take a couple of minutes if even and can be done literally anywhere! Following the instructions as on the video to begin with, you can then alternate by placing one hand on your chest and the other on your lap. Here you can feel your chest rise as you take a deep breath in and feel your chest drop as you breathe back out. Here you can once you have mastered this breathing add an easy count of 4 to your inhalations as well as exhalations. After some practice you can increase the count of your breath to 6 / 7 or even 8.

Easy grip learning how to deepen into your daily breath sitting comfortably on the floor, on your mat or on the chair. Making sure both sit bones are nicely grounded the spine long and reaching into the crown of your head as if someone was pulling an invisible string out of your crown causing your whole sign to elongate and string tucking your chin slightly and relax yourself. Place your hands on your knees or in between your legs on hand resting gently take a deep breath in, breathing into your nostrils filling your lungs up with oxygen. Breathing so deeply that you feel your whole body, filling up with air. Just as gently as you breathe in, allow your breath to move out of your nostrils and out of your body again. Continue with this gentle breath of deep lung inhalations and exhalations.

Inhaling fully and slowly and exhaling fully and you may even want to add a count to your breath to begin starting perhaps with a count of three or four as you And the count of three or four, as you and as you become more familiar with the breath, you can extend the count to six, or seven or more. Feel how much more expansion you bring into your being in daily life merely by filling your lungs up for the and complete. Good in future when you do this exercise, take note of how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally before you start this breath.
