It may mean a turn in the course of the condition of the patient to the better to the worse. In this aspect, patience is very important for both the patient and the patient's family and friends, as only the doctor knows the best time to release the patient. For a complete recovery at home, one has to be watchful while remaining in the hospital environment so as to not to interfere with the patient's recovery.
