Hey, this is Dr. De and welcome to module number four. In this module, you're going to be moving your body. And so that is exactly what we're going to do. I'm going to actually talk to you about the best exercises that help you bounce your blood sugar's there's actually been research to show there's certain exercises are actually better for balancing your blood sugar's for helping you to manage your diabetes than others and that is what you're going to learn in this module. In addition, I actually have a friend, my friend, Coach Bertha Krause, who is a personal trainer and she has actually put together some designed exercises for you that show you how to do seven days of exercises for you. It's a great place for you to start.
We actually did it in a room in someone's home, so you can actually see how simple it can be for you to get started and do exercises with minimal amounts of equipment. She even gives some examples where you don't use any equipment at all. So I love this module. And I'm so excited to bring it to you because I actually enlisted someone who knows how to do exercises and gives you a place to start. Once you know which exercises are best for you, you may decide that you want to go work with your own personal trainer. Or you might decide that you know, I know enough about these exercises, I'm actually going to start these exercises myself, at home or in the gym, etc.
The most important thing is you're going to learn which ones are best for helping to balance blood sugar, and you have something to start with as videos that are part of this course. And I'm excited to bring all of that to you as I'm excited to bring all of the modules to help you get healthy and stay that way. So, we're gonna jump into the next module where I'm actually going to be talking about the specific exercises that help you get your blood sugar's balanced and keep them that way.
