It can be very demotivating to train for months and not see the adequate progression. We should not mistake movement as a progression which is why we need to understand how exercise and exercise planning works.
This course was designed specifically or people who wanted to learn about exercise in order to achieve their health and fitness goals. This course will go deeper into cardiovascular and resistance training to help you understand the fundamentals of these two types of training. You will understand how each will work with your body and how they will benefit you. Each type of exercise will affect your body differently and give you different benefits. So in order to plan according to what you want, you need the knowledge of exercise on your body.
