Mental Health Warrior #2: Focus on Internal Creativity and Imagineering

This course teaches and trains you in the fundamental practices for using your imagination to create and innovate. It is the switch from being used by your imagination, allowing it to run wild and instead reclaim our ability to imagine and create with it. The typical mistake and unconscious use of imagination results in:

  • Fighting circumstances
  • Re-living the past
  • Self-sabotage
  • Fear of mind 
  • Victimization 

The Mental Health Warrior: A fighter that can remain calm, in tune with his empowered state of being, relaxed, alert, and awake, will seize the opportunity for victory whenever it presents itself. Just like using imagination, we need to maintain a calm and joyful state of mind, because creation is just a projection of the state of mind. This course helps you with simple practices of 10 - 20 minutes. The practices relieve the symptoms mentioned above but also work proactively to begin using your imagination for new conscious creations.

Transformation of your mental activity: The training will first transform your mental activity with simple daily practices, giving you a short term experience of using imagination to create consciously. With consistent training, your overall mental activity changes into a powerhouse of creativity.

The shift in mental activity from self-sabotage into joyful creativity happens the instant you recognize the cause and effect. How your use of imagination and state of mind influences your circumstances, behavior, self-esteem, and your creations. I am excited to open your mind to new possibilities of using your imagination and your ability to create anything you desire.

Who should take this course?

  • The entire class is made for you who are already experiencing these symptoms, and it is also very beneficial to prevent them from ever happening in the first place.
  • The training is the treatment, and these 5 - 20 minutes sessions are expected to be done on a daily basis. You will begin to experience shifts in your state of mind from the first day. The shifts will first be short term, and over time become daily long-lasting experiences.
