Just like using imagination, we need to maintain a calm and joyful state of mind, because creation is just a projection of the state of mind. This course helps you with simple practices of 10 - 20 minutes. The practices relieve the symptoms mentioned above but also work proactively to begin using your imagination for new conscious creations.
