Mindsets that will help you succeed. I want to talk to you about three very specific mindsets that will help you succeed in business. I cannot be sure which stage of your business you are in right now. But you should be listening attentively here. The first mindset I want to bring to your attention is the place where great marketing starts. Every successful product exists, because there is a need for it.

Therefore, great marketing starts from understanding the needs, wants and desires of your prospects. What outcome does your prospect want to achieve? What results does your prospect want to get? What fears does your prospect experience you've heard a smarter approach is to do market research first and then create a product not the other way around. But in reality, what do you see market research This is an activity or set of activities that will give you information about people's needs. And when you spot an unmet need, then you create a product and launch it.

Yes, but that's the traditional approach and marketing research can be very expensive. My program is for entrepreneurs often solopreneurs or a team with a few people who work hard to provide value. It's not for corporations with big budgets. So I want to give you an alternative to traditional marketing research that doesn't involve a budget. Go to a marketplace and see what already sells well. This will tell you what needs and desires the market as a whole has.

Do you want to create an online course go ahead and see the top 10 best sellers in the particular category in the biggest marketplace for courses, read their descriptions See how many students they have. See how long these courses are? read the reviews of the students, the good, the bad, the ugly. If you can enroll in these courses, do that. Gather valuable information and create a better course. In this way, the risk is way, way lower.

Because your decision was based on facts, you know that people have a need, people are buying. Do you want to create a mobile app, do the same. Go to the categories in the App Store, Google Play and see the top apps studied them? Do a solid research and then create? Do you want to write an E book go to Amazon do the same thing. Very often.

You can get priceless information for free. So before you create a product, make sure there is a market for it. That means people need it. Want it in people have money to buy it. That's why you need to master communication. You need to be able to communicate clearly and unambiguously the benefits of your product and rarely the features, because features tell, but benefits sell.
