Welcome to day 12. How did you go yesterday, elevating your energy rising in the moment? Well, that's when you get the most shifts is in the moment of the chaos or the stress or the negativity or whatever's going down. And you rise is when you make the best changes as in that, that's when you stretch. It's like when you can't push that last weight. Well, it's like when you think that you don't have an emotional capacity to push.
Well, and you do push, that's when the change happens internally. Well today is moving on from that and progressing from that. And it's day 12 on awareness, self talk choices and focus why pain exists. And the post for today is reduce your to do list. Your only responsibility is to yourself and what you create. If you have too much to do, Then how are you working on yourself?
And why have you got too much to do? It's so you know like you think about it well what's life about people work there, you know, butts off and they work really hard. And they get sick in the process and they struggle and then they have a an average life, then to retire, and then go go on a fishing boat somewhere, whereas why not start to sit on the fishing boat, and then you go sit on the fishing boat, which is, you know, where the poor people are. It's almost like we got you reverse what you what you really need, you start to recognize that I just need nature. I just need to be on a boat out fishing, not that I fish. But let's say sitting on a little boat on a river.
Just chilling, then that gives you the most peace, just back to nature back to basics. So we've got to look at the sense of our life. Why are you working so hard to have what to have? And you've got to look at the belief systems that you're creating. You've got free systems to say, well I'm not safe unless I have this or I'm not secure on this I have that. I'm not whatever I'm not good enough I'm not, you know, worthy enough unless I have these things so they that's gonna go completely go and you're free.
And I'd be happy with the most simplest things. And then you'll have everything you then you can have everything come to you because we are energies vibrating that I'm full already. Alright, so this is a bit of a checklist, just a reminder and a recap. Because if you watch the videos that I do in the Skype sessions, you'll see how we continually need reminding and even people that you know continually do healing and do workshops. That's why it's like a relationship. You need to keep giving and keep transforming.
You need to be participating. Otherwise you're stagnant and as the world moves on, and as others change You will go backwards if you're not working on yourself, especially if you've got a lot of stuff inside you. So we need to do the checklist but commit to yourself. I mean last up, you've got to get to a point which is my point is life's not worth it without I don't think I won't be it's not worth it for not having you know, peace what when What's the price of peace is what I'm trying to say. What are you willing to pay for the price of peace and what people give up for for peace? And it's when people give up everything and they get to a point where they go now I just want peace.
You know? I just want peace because I've done all the chaos and it's got so awful that they may choose peaceful that's been on their soul. I yeah. And and what is it when you sell your soul every time you're out of your integrity you sell you sell your soul, and that hurts. That really, really hurts. It really damages your soul.
When you go out of your integrity, and that is when you, your feelings are telling you something and you ignore them. So it's just not worth it. Because that's if you really know and really get that this process is about spiritually growing. And when you look at the planet, it's very reversed and they tell you anything but the opposite of this message will then it's gotta have some truth to it because it's the last thing they tell you. But when you start working on your spiritual side, you start to see the power in it. And you'll go Yeah, like this is where it is.
And then you find the struggle in dealing with your spiritual side because it's not the accepted thing. It's not what's valued and and that's where you'll find value in yourself when you really don't care. When you get to that point, you don't care. So here's your checklist, build good karma. I've talked about that. frantic healing Facebook has power now that's the group with it's filtered with the right energy.
You know, I am a moderator of it. So eight and a half thousand at the moment and grow So that that's a that's a really positive energy. And when I go in there, it's it tells me where I'm at. I go, well, that group shows me and I look in there and I'm on the right Ben everything's on the right track. And now you know this good comments is supportive. People are keeping adhering to kind of the way the energy works because it's not like a free for all like people jump in there and go pay give me healing.
I don't we don't work that way. It's this is a this is an energetic equation. And we use the universal laws. So it's a whole other way of functioning frenzy. Healing is not the normal way that most groups function. It's the healing group.
Yeah, we're here to keep ourselves well, we're not and to be receiving energy, but to receive it. We have to be at the right conduit and the right mindset, and be able to, we're all contributing in some way. And we're creating great relationships. The relationships are a reflection of ourselves, so When I look at the women and they're so amazing, and so beautiful and I go on right track, they're old, we're all on the right. We're all we're all helping each other and supporting each other in the constructive way. Okay, so stick skins are counterproductive.
Yep, you can't have a thick skin otherwise you don't feel empathy for others or yourself. And those that don't have have thick skins and they're allowed to a very difficult to connect with. And if you're getting a lot of those thick skinned people around you, you there's something about you that you aren't connecting within yourself. Everyone is a reflection, pain turned into power, we're going to turn all your pain into your power. So these negative entities and energies and things that are on you, because if you've got negativity in your life in any form, or any shape, or any way, then there'll be energy in you that's not positive. We will grow from it will grow from it.
Everything begins energetically. That's the whole thing. Spiritually disconnected people Yeah, there's spirity disconnection, people can think they're spiritual, but they can be still disconnected. And I call it because they're easily swayed. And that can be a bit of a false white light. And the way to work out false white light is just look at the energetic equation, just look at the math of the energy.
And you that's how you can determine anything you go Okay, they say that. So then what is it? If they say that and they admit that energy or you admit that belief system, then what is that pulling? And how does that how does that empower or how does that grow something great. That's what you do. You're always looking at, you know, for instance, well, I took about one where I say, you know, I don't send love and blessings to those that hurt and harm me.
Well, I don't because I've got limited energy, and what and then I just grow their hate. They don't want my mom like not respecting that person. They Don't like me, why would I send over good vibes? It's like trying to help someone that doesn't want help. So I would grow their negativity because I feed them my energy and some people don't believe that they go No, you should bless them and I don't know plus the people that are kind to me so then we grow. I mean, I'm not mean to them but I just decided to grow then and the gene after a while not getting people attacking me.
But if I see that that energy of people attacking me with trying to love and bless them, then I'll grow more of it. If you know what I mean, I'm saying you know, I value my energy. So this kind of thinking that you might go What are you Wow, are you like I do your head in a bit. Abraham Hicks used to do my head in a bit with some of the things that I would say and then I would think about it then I would ponder it and most things you know, I'm in agreement but there's definitely the the action bit missing from it. Alright, so 10 ways to access life solutions spiritual wellness. knowledge you can keep growing and keep immersing yourself.
This is a continual evolution. The universe has pushed me into learning this the universe. Yeah, I'll be the first one to admit, I'd be sitting more on my laurels I guess I guess I wouldn't have looked. I know I wouldn't have looked for all this information if I didn't have issues. I didn't have blocks. So which makes me create.
And the more the more I yeah, so it's just Yeah, okay. So just go look at your, that we've got to keep growing ourselves and getting that knowledge. When you have the knowledge then you have the understanding and you're more you more easily apply the concepts and the more you get it, physical cleansing from toxins and heavy metals. We've talked about alternative therapies, but I can't speak highly enough, especially forensic healing, right, because forensic healing is all about law of attraction. It's about the pot, the person being part of the, you know, healing and The therapists are here to heal themselves as well. They need to heal themselves.
And it's not just oh, I'm a therapist and I go heal others. No therapist need to win all of my workshops is about healing them, because when they heal them, then they create the perfect environment to heal somebody else. It's not It's not the old way of I just keep healing people because I, when I hear someone say, oh, he'll everybody else, but myself, Well, then that rings alarm bells. I'm thinking, well, Ben, if you don't heal yourself, why was that? Isn't that contradictory or out of integrity. If you're expecting me to come and get a healing from you yet, you're not still growing.
I want to know that you are growing because then you're up to date, then you know how to heal me. If you haven't overcome what I what I need, then it's not really gonna work. So that's how I look at it. That's why I say practitioners, we're all about healing you and then you will attract the best clients and you'll get the best You'll be able to create the best business because I find therapists struggle in this way. So removing religion or native conditioning, while we're talking about that as we go, the childhood is really everything. That's all the programming and it's a tricky thing to understand to remove programming, I'll tell you why.
Because let's say this if you're an energy field, and you're emitting energy, right now you're emitting energy. So your home, your people, your family, whoever you're interacting with the plants. The suburb you live in, wherever you work, or whatever is in your life is reflecting your energy. It's all part of you. Okay? So when you try and change and go, Well, I want to be more than this.
Well, then everything that's been all stabilized around you starts to like, oh, you're you're rocking the boat that this is a different wavelength to us. And, and it's almost like you're trying to get you're like, let me go. Let me go. Let me fly. Let me go forward. I don't want to stay In this environment and that grows you it's like you know if you if you have a smoker you have a smoking the smokers around you that want to stay smoking don't want you to be a non smoker because then they feel uncomfortable.
It's the energy doesn't match. So that's why if you wondering why you can get a bit of backlash and, and will and I mean, that's just one aspect of it, let alone it being in your DNA and being who you are. That's why they can ask questions. Oh, well, I love to ask questions, thinking about things. I can't help myself. I always would want to know, why did that happen?
Why did I create that and my mind would be on trying to find the solution. And it's just who I am, you know, you know that his friends are killing us. The forensics let me work this one out. And I thought was innately inside me. or writing my book freemium love Gil, I talked about my my grandfather, when I was young, I just remember being in Nice little workshop and he was making a little Billy cart back in the days when you made those little wooden Billy carts. He was my favorite person because he was nice to me.
And my, my grandma had died when I was young. And then I didn't know my my dad's grandparents were very old. He was the last one of nine children. And also they didn't speak much English or Italian. But I remember once I was probably about eight, I don't even know. And he was trying to fix this Billy cart and I'm just watching him.
And then I said, Well, why don't you do this? And then he scratches his head and he goes, Oh, by golly, you're good at fixing things. And I came up with the solution. I don't even remember what solution was remember with some sort of complex way of maybe putting this wheel in or something like that. But that is something that I can, you know, each when there's a problem, I had the ability to go into stillness, and then look at my surround. I'm able to really multitask very well look at my surroundings, I look at what the person's doing.
I'm looking what I need to do. Yes. So I have the ability to be able to find the answers or solutions and multitask, which is been advanced and been developed over time. And this is what you're here to do as well. I developed the ability to, you know, get access to the universal matrix, because all the information is out there, access the solutions. They're there, there's a solution to everything.
We've just been trained to think that we're victims, the solutions of how to overcome anything is there so train yourself to think and ask questions. Alright, so just going on to a few more aspects and that's making sure the environments correct your environment is feeding you but you also created your environment. So we're going to keep elevating and looking at creating better environments. You Unity and connectedness. So we are all connected. Like, I'm you, you are me, we are one.
And the more we realize that the more we realize everything is we're in our own little universe, hey. So then there's just a list of reasons why you can attract negative energy too. So there's a whole list of things through that. The The thing is, there's one, number seven, lack of consistency. So even though you're doing this for 14 days, you need to be consistent in applying these activities, these tasks, these methods, these exercises, to train yourself to be like this. It's a whole training, you know, I, I myself didn't just go Oh, here I am.
Now I'm, you know, really great at understanding all this. It's been decades of, you know, putting energy into putting developing myself well, you know, and the thing is, the universe has made pushed me And I've realized now that hey, if I just start changing, I won't have to have the negative situations to push me because no one really voluntarily changes when they're happy, are they they just hang, they just aren't really happy? Why would I want to change? They're not even thinking for change, you only are thinking of change now is because you recognize that, you know, you either want the growth, which is if you're here and you're doing this, when your life is good, and you just want to advance yourself, then kudos to you, you got this. But if you're in this course, because you've got stuff going down, there's not great. Well, that's, you know, that's my lesson.
I'm trying to tell you, if you don't change, the universe will kick your ass to change. Especially if you're saying, hey, I want more. I want I really want a better life. The universe goes Sure, well, you've got to change the energy about you. And if you don't, then it goes, well. You're not changing.
You're asking for this. So I'm just gonna have to give you Boom, kick. So what I'm trying to say is if you voluntarily change, so you know, like, do it without having your ass kicked. Great. And that's what I realized. So consistency, like a relationship.
So there's a whole whole set of things. And even like people, you know, people that ignore the negative, like, I've seen that when they go I don't know, you know, they they ignore negativity, okay, sure, it's good to ignore negativity. But however, like, no, don't put your focus on it. But if there's negativity there, you've got to ask yourself, not ignore it go or hang on. Why did I create that was in my energy field to pull that in? And then do your shifting.
But what I mean, so there's a whole difference between trying to say Well, hey, I created that I got a shift as opposed to Hey, look at that negativity. Look at that negativity, as a blaming. There's a whole different kind of way of thinking between focusing and blaming or judging as a supposed to, ah, that showed up. That's about me, Scott, I hope you can understand that because you can see that you know what the way people talk if they, they they like to really just be more judgmental and go hey look at them and look at this and they give out the information that's that doesn't help your progression if you do that. Anyway, you could have a look at that list because there's a whole lot of great stuff. Anyway, so let's go to exercise 12 simplicity creating the right canvas to attract positive energy so Canvas get get yourself a nice clean Canvas clean out all the negativity which is what we're doing clean out the negative emotions you like negative programming.
So this all we got a look now, this is gonna get you to recap and take a look. So your awareness of your self talk now this this one, you'll see someone who There was a if you look at one of the webinars, someone said, I want to know why, why she's done, why I still struggle with finances. And then I go, Well, tell me about your childhood. And there it was he or she goes wife, and she says, oh, we're always struggling. We're always this and we're always as exact as Are you still living your current life? And she goes, Oh, cool, can you just get rid of the program.
And when someone says, Oh, just get rid of the program, I go, I can't fight against you. If you want to hang on to that belief system. And if you want to maintain that belief system by doing nothing about it by stop saying that to yourself, by changing your dance with the struggle that you're feeling, instead of going, when you know when you go to pay a bill. Get out of feeling like a struggle, you've got to stop it. Or you know, when you look at something you can't afford stop going on, guys. to afford that when you get up in the morning, go, Ah, God, now I gotta just do the dough, you got to do the work.
If someone wants to stay in that programming, there's nothing I can do or any healing that I can do that can change that. So that self talk, you got to go, what am I saying to myself? Like, what would the title of your book be? If we got got in your head and go, let's get it all the information that you say to yourself, what would your title be of your book? Yeah, well, you can write self talk, you've got to be aware of what you're saying. And I can tell you what, you know what I can say like I can I ask you this.
So tell me about your life. How's life for you? It's describe your life. Describe it right now. Tell it talk to me. I'll go, okay.
So, whatever you said, whatever you described right now, you and if you haven't worked on yourself much, you've described your childhood. Now you described your life And it's nothing like your childhood. Like, it's way better. You've worked on yourself. That's just how it works. And you've just you started to look at yourself talk.
So I want you to get an awareness of yourself, talk your frustrations and anger. So you know, like, when you get frustrated, it will be the same thing over and over and over while you're creating, because you'll have frustrations in childhood. They'll be a parallel of your frustrations today. So you just put it in your choices. So you tell me what choices do you make? Do you decide to hang out with some of this negative?
Do you drink too much smoke too much? Whatever you do, do you do that? No. Do you make bad choices? So and what do you what do you allow? Like, would you allow negativity?
Do you allow, you know, to watch TV when you shouldn't when it's so negative? You got to start looking and be aware and wake up and connect to what's around you because the most sensitive you become, the more you go, I can't do that I can't put my energy field in that any longer. And my energy is not that same vibration, where you have just risen. And if you're feeling that, and, and that's why this is a continual cycle for all those that are, you know, shifting and breaking the shackles. So want you to write those things down? Because it's those people that are aware.
And it's true, it's training to be aware. And the only way you can be aware is when you you've mended yourself when your whole when you don't have these emotional pullings in your souls not shattered. And I mean, and of course you we don't know the, the level of a soul not shattered is or who knows, you know, when is the end? Who knows? Where, how many layers to our souls, and how much do we grow? Well, I think we're in kindergarten, according to the book or not, you know, a pair of 10 we're just kindergarten kids, right.
So put Write it down your awareness of yourself talk what your frustrated choices are when you learn the changes. Again, this is this is a recap, I know, you might think, oh, we kind of did this, some of the other, I need to wake you up again. Because the you'll see, it's like I have to keep waking you up and waking you up, wake up time, I have to wake myself up, I still have to wake myself up to I mean, I get better and better. But the less you have to worry about, then, you know, like, it's like, if you got everything wrong with you, then it's really hard to see see clearly, right? So we're hitting things, you know, one at a time, one at a time, one at a time. And then but we keep waking up and waking up.
Well, that's what this little exercise 12 is about. Fill out that table and write down what the current things are about yourself. Talk your frustrations, what choices you make, and what you allow in the negative because then, because it's a negative you got to change and the changes you're going to now make Okay, so get simple. Make an ISIS mighty life simple, simplify your life and get yourself as amazing canvas. Because when you're a really great Canvas, you can just say to yourself, self soul. I'd like to feel whole I'd like to, I'd like to attract amazing day and I want I would like to attract this opportunity.
You just talk to yourself, you talk to the universe, hey universe, can you provide this for me? And then you'll, you'll, you'll be able to connect to it, you'll know the answers, it will take you, it will provide for you, and it will give to you. And it can be that simple by just because you're you're like a canvas that you and the University are dancing. You've got you've built a beautiful relationship. You're starting to communicate. We're learning the language of the universe.
Like this is, you know, it's a language. It's like learning Italian. And now we're up to communicate. So now it's on as we're really in Good relationship, and we're building a positive relationship so we get positive results. All right, great stuff. You take care.
