All right, welcome back to 20 moves in 20 days, yesterday we tackled relevance and today we're going to learn elevators. Now elevators are similar to relatives except there's no play, to start or to end the movement. Okay? So again, a quick refresher on relevance, we did play. As we train our legs, we also lifted our ankles, and we balanced here, right, elevate our simply lifting our heels and coming back down, lifting and coming back down. This is another wonderful tool to build your ankle strength and you're gonna start feeling it probably pretty soon in your calf muscles and everything else but it's a great move to practice, for your balance for your ankle strength, etc.
So, again, keeping everything nice and aligned, we're just going to do a quick combination. We're just going to go one and two and three and four. For that we hold for 567. Tom do tours second position, eight. We're gonna do this in first, second, third, fourth and fifth. And then I want you to make sure you do it on the other side as well.
Okay? So in first position we have one, and two, and three and four holding 567. Tom do second and one and two, and three and four holding 5672, third and 1234 holding 567-843-1234 holding 56781234 holding five, six Seven, eight. There you have it, make sure you do the other side as well practices a lot and you will have really, really strong ankles and you'll be able to balance and I will meet you back here tomorrow.
