Welcome back to 20 moves in 20 days, today we're going to talk about petite bought mogh. We already know the components to this, we're just going to put it together in a different way. So C bot ma is going to be traditionally at your ankle, and it could be a position we already know, or could it be a to the front and to the back. And a teapot is simply switching from the front to the back. So it's simply going front and back, and front, and back, and front, and back, and front and back. Now you can do them that slowly.
Oftentimes, they're done quicker than that. And oftentimes, they're used in collaboration with fraud pays. So in a fraud pay combination you might have, let's say, for fraud pays in each direction, and then you would have some petite boss to kind of finish out the combination, or just gonna work on them independently right now. But just so you know, that's often where they fit in at the bar. So again, we're Thinking of heels going forward. That's so important.
Once you establish your fully pointed position, that does not change, regardless of the placement of the foot, right, it is still fully articulated every single time. Now, one of the things that is really important with pittypat mas is that your upper leg stays as still as possible so your lower leg can move, but your upper leg should not. So what I'm doing is trying to keep my thigh as still as possible. And this helps avoid all a lot of leg movement like that would be really dramatic. So I'm trying to isolate the movement to just my lower leg, okay, so I go front and back, and front and back, front, back, front, back. Now sometimes when you practicing, it's hard to keep that sty sort of in place.
So I always recommend that if if you feel like you might need A little extra helper would or would certainly be of assistance to you, that you actually just gently Keep your hand here, as you're doing it to kind of remind yourself and build up that muscle memory that this needs to stay still in open, right? And we want to be careful that we don't start doing this. And then our knees completely turned in. Alright, so what we're going to do is eight. Could it be? Yeah, it could be, hey, petite ba Mas, we're gonna do that.
And we're gonna do that eight times. And then we're gonna do it kind of at the about the pace that we just did it. And then we're going to go a little bit faster. If it's too fast, don't worry about going back down to the slow version. It doesn't matter. We're just going to build up as we go along.
So we have ready, front and back, front, back. 5678, faster. One and two and three. four, and five, and six, and seven, and eight. Yes. And make sure you do both sides.
This is a really good exercise. You can do it higher up on your legs, sometimes we'll do exercises where we kind of climbed the leg with our booty pop Mas, but for now just think about it in terms of staying at your ankle in that could it be a position and practicing it there. Thank you so much. I will see you tomorrow.
