Hello everyone, and it's from reverse get here. And we're finally hopping into our actual first lesson, where we're finally going to start editing our audio. I'm so excited. I hope I said as much as I am, because the reason why I'm excited so much is because I've been trying to make this course for a while. And I finally got the chance now, because I was trying to gather enough knowledge to pass it on to you guys to the next time you try to edit your audio, you're not just going to replicate the techniques that I'm doing and the audio effects that I'm using, but actually understand audio and understand what you need to do with your audio to have it sound good and stuff like that. So right now I'm first going to discuss some things about the audio and then we're actually going to jump into the audio editing part because this episode is about the noise or noise reduction removal, call it whatever you want.

But first I want to show you or teach you some things about audio that will help you understand how to Remove noise actually before even jumping into Premiere Pro and adding some of the effects. So what that means is you can actually remove noise or actually some of the noise before you even start editing. So a couple of tips that I have for you is before you start recording, check if you have a car in your room for example, in your office or somewhere, wherever you're working recording actually or if your PC is really heated and your mic is close to it, you will catch a lot of the noise from the from the vent in your pc or any type of noise actually anything that you consider noise and it's going to mess up your audio try to remove or stop that before actually starting to record and jumping into Premiere Pro to edit that audio because as much noise as you remove before recording actually is going to ease the process to get to crisp clean audio.

And right now we're actually have something in my Premiere Pro there. is a part of my tutorial that I'm going to use throughout all these audio editing. And first I'm going to play to you to show it to show to you how actually my audio sounds before slapping on any of the effects by just recording the audio. This is how my audio sounds to my mic. Hey, what is up guys, Ennis here from reverse cast and today I gotta bring you tutorial for you. As you can see, this audio was awful.

Like straight off the bat. It was awful. But I'm going to adjust it in a way that I remove this noise. I'm going to show you how but first before we actually get into this tutorial, this lesson, what I wanted to tell you is have you noticed how I left some space right here? No talking for about 10 or 15 ish seconds. I think you have 10 seconds.

So basically why I did this is because before you start talking in your video We can need to leave some space before you actually start talking. So the audio will detect all the noise. For example, right here I have 10 seconds of only my background noise and my audio. So once I use the effect is going to analyze the audio way better, and it's going to distract the, the noise from the audio much, much better and easier because if you start talking right away, maybe sometimes when your pitches go higher or your frequencies go higher, the effect of noise reduction won't detect noise in there, because it didn't detect the actual noise itself at the beginning. So right here, what you need to do is leave that 10 seconds like when you start recording, just let it be for 10 seconds and don't speak so you could catch up all the noise once you add the actual effect and write down we're going to add the effect.

So by going right here, in this effect step, we're going to use the audio effect, which is called D noise. It's right here. Don't use it. obsolete one is the old one and is going to ask you if you want to switch up to the new one. So basically just use this one without the obsolete in this name. And if you don't have this attached tab right here, which you can do, or if you actually don't have this workspace as I do right here, what you can do is click right here on window, go to workspaces, and check on effects.

So you would actually catch up with me because as we picked in our first lesson, we don't need the audio part at all. Right now I'm going to add this to our audio track, as you can see, just drag it onto it. And right here in the Effect Controls, we have this D noise effect. We're going to set it up by going to custom setup and this editing right here and this is how are we basically going to edit our audio with any effect by clicking this edit button because all of them have this edit button. They seem like a plugin, for example, as you can see, so right here, we're going to start off scribe from from scratch basically. So this button right here is bypassing effect.

And if you don't know what that is, is basically once you adjust the effectiveness If you want to turn it off to see how it sounds without your phone, just click this is going to remove the effect by unchecking. This is going to apply your practice again. So yeah, and right here in this presets, we have heavy noise reduction, light noise reduction. But trust me, we don't need these. These are some presets that really don't know how your mic functions were in Mike's placed and how high your noise readout noise is in your room. So basically just use the default one and it's easy to adjust it right here you can open the noise only to detect it.

And this is the important part. Right here we have the processing focus and the amount. The amount is of course of how much the effect you want to apply and how much you want the noise reduction to apply. So basically how much of the noise you want to remove. Right here. This is important when it comes to processing focus.

You have this focus on all frequencies, which is the flat line and you have this focus on lower frequencies, mid frequencies, lower and higher and higher frequencies. So if you think that your audio is quite fine and you just need a slight noise reduction, you should use this lower frequencies because it's going to detect that much better. But if you have something as ID which is noise throughout all the clips like a flat noise, you should use all practices because it's going to clear out your audio much better. And right now you're going to play with these to see how much you need of this percentage. So basically I have I need around 70 which is a lot because I have a lot of noise, but just drag it out to 70 or test it out try 5030 doesn't matter and see what's best for you What's removes the noise that's for you because the more you adjusted, the more is going to lower your audio because it's using the effect a lot but 70 seems pretty good for me.

So let me play it for you right now to see how it sounds with the effect is it gives you all the noise is gone. Hey, what is up guys And it's here from reverse cuts. And today I gotta bring you tutorial for you. Right now I'm going to get back to show you by bypassing it, how it sounds without the actual effect. And here's with the effective. Hey, what is up guys, Ennis here from reverse cast and today I got a brand new tutorial for you.

So this is something that I wanted to do. It's crazy how this effect is useful and you actually need to use it in all of your videos. So right here, you learned you learn how to remove noise out of your clip, and you actually learn some things about audio itself and how noise in audio works. And I explained some things that you need to remember before you actually start recording and about 10 seconds before you actually start speaking. So I hope you had fun time. This is only our first lesson we have a lot to cover and I'm going to teach you a lot of other things in our next lessons.

In case you're watching this from a previous video, I'm going to leave this for free as a previous video in case you're watching this, consider buying the course right now, while it still has the 30 day money back guarantee promotions so you basically got nothing to lose by enrolling and let's edit your audio the right way guys. Thank you for having me here. I'm out and I will see you in our next lesson.
