So these things to the left and to the top to position the guides where your elements are.

So when you start automating your story, you can remember where those elements were, especially if you have a lot of them. You can use Smart Objects so you can replace your images later on. Save these templates out for later use. You can change colors include your own colors, and when you want to render your video and export it to upload to Instagram. If this option doesn't work, you can always use Adobe Media Encoder. Once again, it doesn't matter which version you use.
