Julia was surrounded by a mountain of papers and couldn't figure out how to approach the problem of organizing them into files for the next day's meeting, she decided to approach Leonard her assistant and asked if he could help her. He happily agreed knowing how stressed she was about the issue. He suggested they use the identifying key questions to gather information about the problem and figure out what the desired state for the filing would be. Julia and Leonard brainstorm the answers to these key questions and we're happy when they could figure out the best methods of organizing the paperwork and relieving that excess pressure and workload on Julia's death.
