Now let's talk about rapport and why it's important. People will only buy from someone that they trust and rapport proceeds sales. The first thing that you must do before selling, influencing or persuading someone is to build rapport. rapport is when there is a feeling of agreement and sympathy. Would you be more willing to be influenced by a stranger, or someone that you know and that you trust? someone you trust?

Yes. The idea is to create the feeling of trust at the beginning of the interaction. When people are like each other, they tend to like each other. And think about the people you hang out with. They have something in common with you, and that's why you like them. I will show you later how to have something in common with your clients verbally and non verbally.

But these people, we know the benefits of the products and service, but then we forced that into the customer and expect them to buy it's as if they were Talking to a wall, they would say, the exact same script, no matter who is in front of them. And it is wrong, to have an unfair advantage at selling, you must adapt to what your customer wants. You must adapt to their needs, their values, you must overcome their objections, and so on. But the customer won't tell you these things if they don't trust you. So you want to uncover their needs, their values, their real objections, but they won't tell you if you don't trust if they don't trust you. Or in other words, if they don't have rapport with you, people buy for their own reasons and their own ways.

And that's why you need reports that they can open up and share those with you. People buy for different reasons. And they all have a different way of buying by having rapport. You can uncover what the buying strategy is and it receipted this Much easier. I will show you later in the course how to do all of that. So you can build rapport with the nonverbal, which is the body language, how use voice and verbal it's what you say.
