Transcript

Many socially anxious people also feel a lot of uncomfortable bodily sensations. Okay? And this is normal. Many people feel it, and many people try to resist it. And that is why their anxiety becomes worse. Okay, so in this exercise in this activity, we will be trying to accept all the sensations that happen within our born equality mostly, we don't judge it.

We don't try to crave more of it, or we don't try to force ourselves into relaxation and sees any kind of sensations that we don't like. And we won't be doing any of that. The only thing that we will be doing is focusing on the sensations and seeing their impairments. We have noticed that every single sensation that comes up in our body won't stay there for your lifetime. It will fade away sooner or later. And because it is going to go away in a certain duration of time, we don't have to create any kind of anger or any kind of craving towards it.

We don't have to abort any kind of feeling in our body nor we have to crave more of the feelings that we are feeling inside our warning in the act or acceptance and Commitment Therapy this particular phenomena is called as a BS acceptance of warningly sensations. But I prefer or Vipassana much better than ABS because it is the same phenomenon but of the partner is in much more depth. Okay, so we partner is a meditation technique to gain insight about the reality of this existence. So we're is a basic conclusion that every single sensation that we have is experienced on our morning every single emotion is expensed is experienced on our body. So, So to conclude To summarize, it is like, all of your life's experiences are projected on your body. That's it.

Nothing happens outside everything happens on this physical body. And if you crave any kind of sensation, say for example, you are in love or you are feeling lusty, then you won't try to crave those feelings. What it does is because that feeling is impermanent, you will never be satisfied with it and sometimes you feel a lot of Hate or anger, or sadness or depression, and you don't want to feel that way. You just tried to abort those kinds of feelings. You just tried to get rid of those kinds of things. But what you are in fact doing is that you are resisting the reality.

And resistance. Friction always brings a lot of heat, it always brings a lot of discomfort. So, abs or we partner mutual is what you want to call it. But what you'll have to do is you have to be equanimous to all the feelings that come up, show up in your body. You don't have to judge judge it. You don't have to change it.

You don't have to forcefully tell yourself and try to be more relaxed and calm. Okay? It's a misconception that when you sit to meditate or do anything like you want to relax, you should for sure Have to become no that's not the thing. You have to be okay. You have to be okay with whatever the feeling is happening in your body because that is the truth. You have to make peace with the truth.
