So, safety mode is a mode of action that you take when you are on the play field of anxiety. Now safety more is your central problem when it comes to social anxiety. It is the biggest game changer. If you can handle it, if you avoid going into the safety mode, then you can easily cure your social anxiety. So what do I mean by safety mode? Okay.
It's a game that you play to protect yourself from perceived social dangers. Okay. So for example, getting humiliated feeling embarrassed, these are all the feared outcomes and you want to avoid that, that in any situation, so you go back into the safety mode. So, these are the four components of the of the safety mode. If you are doing any one of these, you are actually having yourself put in the place where you cannot overcome your social anxiety.
