Hey everyone, welcome to this lecture. Kaizen examples. As simple as Kaizen is, the examples that I'm going to discuss in this lecture are also very simple. Let's begin. Let's say you want to roll out a new monitoring and feedback check sheet across the floor. Here, the floor needs a new monitoring template.
And as a result, you will just create a template and ask every coach to use it on the floor. As we learned, you are enabling a small improvement by making this check sheet in this situation. Let's talk about another situation. Let's say your team members are needing telephone details of a few specific banks to reach out to them regularly for your customers. Because every four to five calls need this information and the Agents spend time in finding phone numbers every time they need it. You create a cheat sheet with details of every banks phone number in it, and ask your team members to use it.
This results in saving at least 30 seconds per call, and does on a daily basis. Your process saves about two hours of time searching for the right numbers. Wow. That brings us to the end of this lecture. Thank you for attending. I'm going to see you in the next lecture called Kaizen benefits.
