This is a 10-day meditation challenge where I challenge you to take 10 minutes, twice a day for 10 days. The results? Priceless. How is this any different than meditating on my own?
We live in a world full of distractions; we even have distractions within our own minds. Have you ever heard "You're wasting your time. Why do you even bother" or "You should be doing this instead". Yep, loads of distractions. This challenge helps you commit to you, see your way through, and create a healthy habit surrounding your self-care. Most of all, this challenge is to guide you to you, encourage you to keep going and keep being your awesome self. What do I have to do?
Fill out some quick questions before you begin that will give us a visual of your mind, body, spirit connection as of that moment. Download the Free Meditation Guide included and set an alarm for your meditation twice a day. I recommend when you first wake up and before you go to bed but whenever it is good for you, that's the most important thing. Maybe put on something loose and comfortable, maybe some soft instrumental music in the background. Maybe set up your own space- whatever you need. All it takes is 10 minutes. then after the challenge, you'll be given a set a question again to show your growth and connection.
