Hey, Danny van here with heartfelt awakening How you doing? We are on day four, if you can believe it, you may have thoughts coming up saying I'm not doing this right. You may have all kinds of stuff coming up and it's completely normal. I'm going to share my screen with you real quick. So today on day four, congratulations, first of all for making it today for and, you know, your awareness is going to keep expanding, it is going to keep growing, going out, outside, and then your internal awareness. This kingdom of the heavens within is going to keep opening and creating this internal space.

And it is this internal space that I like to call our most vital nutrients. So you're feeding your soul By giving it this internal space. So you may even begin to start your meditation and feel this awareness going as far out as the universe. And this is a wonderful, wonderful space to be. And then begin to easily recognize that this movement of emotions is really only showing you something. So as a motion, energy in motion, it's just movement of energy and the more tight and constricted the movement, the more intense the emotion.

So anger is a very tight, constricted, energetic movement. bliss. Enjoy is the most relaxed, open receiving, movement you're flowing. The movement is easily flowing through you. So become aware of when you are in anger. You're in anger, you are not anger.

Do you feel the difference? When somebody says, I am angry, the body becomes anger, but you are not anger. So the body now experiences this energetic movement moving through the body. So you become more and more aware of this energetic movement, not only within yourself, but within others. So, as you open up this awareness, you're also opening up your natural intuition. And then, you know, you may have things going on, that might be coming up because sometimes emotions, we tend to want to suppress them and hold them down into our subconscious.

This requires a lot of energy to suppress emotions, memories, past experiences. So if Think of it this way. It's almost like holding a beach ball underwater. If you can imagine trying to hold a beach ball underwater. This requires a lot of your precious energy. So as you're sitting in a relaxed state in meditation, things might start to come to the surface and want to be looked at or dealt with, or acknowledged.

So we have wonderful resources within our group heartfelt awakening village. And one thing we have in there is a three day course on using EFT Emotional Freedom Technique to align with body breath and spirit. I encourage you to check that out, especially if you do have maybe memories come up or past experiences come up, or stuff that hasn't been dealt with come up. Because as you meditate and relax These things will come to the surface, and will want you to acknowledge them. And once you acknowledge them, the energy associated with them is let go, you still have the memory of it, but you don't have that emotional pool or drive to want to suppress it back down. And this creates even more internal space.

So don't be afraid or have fear of those things coming up. This is a natural process of the body, letting go of these things that you've been subconsciously suppressing down. So allow these to come to the surface and let them go and we're here to help you. Alright, so congratulations on day four, and I look forward to talking to you tomorrow. Blessings
