To get to the Configure window, you can just open the program. If you have the program open, you can go to file new recording. And also another way to do it is to use the menu bar icon, click on it and choose configure recording. From there you can also hide your desktop icons so your screen looks clean. to unhide them, just click the Show desktop icons option in the menu bar icon that appears after you hide them or just quit ScreenFlow you can start recording directly using your previous recording settings.
