This is a base module or base course, that allows you to start to investigate how you can change your team's culture in lots of different ways. First thing I'd like you to consider is what does your team need to do better? Do you need to have fewer accidents in your team? get fewer complaints, deliver better quality, make more sales, be more productive, be more innovative or continually improve? I'm assuming at least some of those are relevant to you and your team.

Have you ever thought about the role that your culture your team culture can have on achieving any of those goals? Your team culture can either help achieve those goals or it can obstruct. get in the way of you and your team achieving your goals.
