By now you've gotten a sense of how much time it takes to shop and prep and arrange and package freezer meals. How much time can you reasonably set aside?
How can you arrange your life to set aside an uninterrupted block of time to make freezer meals, we are all busy. Everyone leaves very busy lives. But this is important and we make time for things that are important to us. If you do this now, if you Front Load the work and fill your freezer of dinners, think of how much easier your evenings will be. How lovely it will be to have a stress free dinner time. Think of the money you're saving by buying in bulk.
Think of how you can choose healthy foods instead of fast foods for your family. So I think you need to insist on a block of time to do this. So I want you for your homework. Tell me, how are you going to arrange for an uninterrupted block of time? And how long do you think that time recently be? And how many recipes Do you think you can do in that amount of time?
