Joy laughs we're using avocados in our recipes for our chicken recipes. So I'll show you how to freeze up because the avocado needs to be ripe and you're going to cut it and take the seat out. If you have a friend with an avocado tree, you're lucky Papa cars are expensive. So if I ever see them on sale for less than $1 each, I buy them so you know fruit continues to ripen and we need to use some sort of acid to stop that ripening process. We're going to use Fruit fresh, which is vitamin C in a powder form. And we're also going to try to keep as much air from touching the avocados as possible.
Just gonna sprinkle the fruit fresh all over the surfaces of them. It doesn't leave a flavor so it's okay to be generous. Now we're gonna wrap each of them in saran wrap Trying to get as much air to not touch the car as possible. Just gonna go into my baggie that's already labeled. You just take it out of the bag, let it sit on the countertop for a few minutes. And even while they're still frozen, you can slice avocado and serve it as the garnish.
