We're just going to quickly run over some poached eggs. So I've got to have water here, we just want to add a little bit of white vinegar helps the eggs to bond a little bit just so it's brighter and you don't want to be overpowering. So the equipment we've got is a shift screen here with holes in it. three eggs and also a stainless steel ball to place the eggs and after we're done, you don't have to use this if you are going to eat them straight away. But if you are going to store them, you can put them in a stainless steel bowl with some ice cold water. Now, the tricky is when you get your eggs ready.

This whole TPR A lot of people will just place the egg straight into the pot, which is the incorrect way to do it. That's the eggs gonna struggle to combine you want to give it a bit of help. So what we're going to do here Just gonna create a little underwater tornadoes and get it moving correctly I can give it another crack the next one in dark crack the next egg in on top of the previous eggs that you've placed in the water. You want to try to keep them as far apart as possible. Now we're gonna keep stirring like a tornado. Then you sort of want to go around the other way as well but go slowly.

You don't want to use your shifts burn to interact with the eggs. You don't want them touching and breaking the arc, because you'll ruin your parched egg. So just give it a bit of encouragement. I'll try to create mini tornadoes in your water. Come back the other way. Once it starts to boil, you want to bring your hate down.

Very gentle. So we're just gonna leave this cook for a minute or two with the Mars and then I'll come back and show you guys how to make sure your eggs are ready and cooked. I'm sleeping gone about a minute now. So I'll just pick this up very slowly, carefully, not breaking the egg. So when you touch it, it's sort of once you want it to spring back a little bit. See it's still a bit stiff, it's not quite ready and quite roar on the inside.

When you press on the issue sort of want it to be bouncing back a little bit more you want it to be a bit firmer. Now the reason why we're using a Holy Spirit Inhale is the name of liquids that we pick up. We just funnel through to the bottom. So when you put it on your plate you're not going to have an have an egg that's full of vinegary water which doesn't go down well. Right there, see out spring back a little bit towards me. That's where I thought that means it's going to be nice and running on the inside.

Now if you don't want to instead of quad running, just leave this in a little bit longer so it gets a bit of a harder surrounding. If you're going to store for light up. Put some ice cold water here. Bang. Look at that beautifully runny egg. That is the perfect poached egg.
